America First Credit Union (inside Lin's Market) N Main St, Cedar City

I have tried to call three times to obtain an answer to a very simple question. The first two times I gave them my phone number for a callback instead of holding for two hours. You can imagine how that went! No call back!! I called again today with a three hour hold time. That’s not a typo— a three hour hold time!!! WOW that’s all I can say. Maybe you- America first credit Union - need to do some benchmarking on Customer Service.

If you're a member of Navy Federal Credit Union or another CO-OP Credit Union DO NOT deposit cash into this ATM as it won't be credited for 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!! REPEAT IT TAKES THEM 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO DEPOSIT CASH INTO YOUR ACCOUNT!!!! *UN-FRICKEN-BELIEVABLE!!!*

Seriously the slowest branch ever! And although I think america first is a good credit union the employees at this branch in lins are the most incompetent ive ever seen. They literally IM each other rather than walk that 10 ft to ask a question. Wish they would open up a real branch and get rid of the one in lins

If I could give negative Stars I would. Do not use this bank unless you want to loose all your money. We had a car loan through them which they charged use twice for in one month and wouldn't refund the extra charge. Then after moving the loan to another back because of this they continued to charge or account at our main bank. I don't 3 hours in the phone with them trying to figure it out and get the charges cancelled. They came back with "somehow your account cancellation was just missed. It apologies."

Great customer service, they were very friendly and I don't have to in the line for more than 5 min. Their online banking is easy to use and great way to check and maintain my balance

This bank either has a massive security breach or is selling your information to scammers. I applied online for an account on Saturday. I was unable to speak to a rep that day to finalize the account. I figured I would deal with it that next weekend. In that week I was hit with a massive wave phishing texts regarding my account. An account I never finished setting up, let alone used. I have never received banking phishing messages until I applied for an account here.

This bank refuses to help you when you are robbed tons of money. We are homeless and broke because we were scammed 3250$. They refuse to dispute or help us in any way to get any form of money back. As soon as I can I am changing banks. They are awful and refuse to have any sympathy with our situation. Don't use this bank if you want protection from theft. I've tried everything. You would think they would have protection from scammers or fraud but they don't.

I usually have zero problems and usually I come in to see the same faces and things move pretty quickly however I do not recommend coming in any time during the morning or lunch the lines are way to long and half the employees just stand around twiddling their thumbs while the line continues to grow I
