    I got behind on my timeshare payment when my husband left - it was a conscious decision but I thought they would work with me when I was ready to pay it. I called and tried to make a $1500 payment on $5k balance. They would not take it - said I had to pay it all at once or nothing at all. When I had the $5k I called and this time I couldn't pay because the one person at the company who could re-open my account was out and would be back the next day. Said they would call the next day. I called them and the lady was still out. I called the next week - she was still out sick. I told the girl it's a bad practice to have only one person who can re-open an account and it was bad that I'm trying to pay them and get this off of my credit - and I can't because one person is out sick. This was a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if this lady lived because they have never called me back. I guess I will have to call them - which now I don't want to because of all of the hassle they are putting me through...

    To b honest, I know nothing of the company here, but the property it is on is beautiful. Be sure to pay a visit to Helen at Helens bridge.

    This is the worst company I call 7 to 8 times a day and no one answers the phone not even the lady at the front desk. Even if you leave a message no one ever calls you back. This is unsatisfactory.

    I truly don't understand the other poor reviews on here. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Zealandia. The customer service I receive over the phone is always excellent. When I lost my job and got behind on my payments they never hassled me but offered great solutions to help me get caught back up. I would definitely do business with them again. I truly don't understand giving this company less than 5 stars.
