Any questions we had, we would reach out to him and he would answer our questions or direct us to who would answer our questions. Reached out to this agency to tour a property while I was in town. Was informed you Sara that the property I was interested in was a cash only offer, which, of course, wasn’t mentioned in the listing. When I stated this shouldn’t be a problem they requested that I provide proof of funds. Being comfortable doing this to a group that’s a total stranger, I wrote back to clarify the requirements. Never heard from them again. The interaction was like a scam although I hope it wasn’t intended to be.
