I cannot say enough good things about Teresa Roach and her team at Cunningham & Co. She was professional, expedient in getting all documents in order, concerned and always focused on my needs. In fact, I hired Teresa to do three mortgages for me and very happy with the outcomes every time. If you are interested in a mortgage or refinancing and contact Teresa personally, you will not be disappointed. She is the best!

Teresa Roach at Cunningham & Company worked with me closely to help secure my first mortgage loan. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions that I had. She guided me through the entire process and helped me make sure that I had things submitted when they needed to be submitted. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to get a home loan!

Our experience with Cunningham & Company was less than stellar. We put an offer in on a house in early September, and had a closing date set for mid-October. A week before that date, our loan officer told us she had not even started on our loan yet because she didn't realize we were planning to close so soon, so the date was bumped to the 2nd week in November. We had provided bank statements, tax returns, and check stubs as requested, along with several other military documents that they said they needed, and a check for $400 for an appraisal they said they had to do. Over the next few weeks, it became clear that, although they advertise that they do VA loans, they really have no idea how that process works. Two days before we were supposed to close for the second time, we found out that, even though we had provided them with the check for the appraisal a month earlier, that it had not been done yet, so the closing date would have had to have been pushed forward yet again. I would not recommend Cunningham & Company Mortgage due to the fact that they really just don't seem to have it all together.

We came to Teresa Roach because of her tremendous knowledge of mortgage products/requirements and her extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Our situation had some complexities (none of which had to do with Cunningham & Co) but Teresa was able to guide us through it all and she and Phyllis were quick to communicate with us during the process. I have the utmost confidence in Teresa and her team and will be using them in the future for all my mortgage needs!

My experience with Cunningham and Co. and T.Roach was absolutely outstanding. They made the process easy and take the time to find the best mortgage option for you. I have financed two condominiums through this company over the last 12 years and they are simply the best.

Absolutely horrible company. They mislead customers, screw up paperwork and forget to do their jobs, costing other people money and time. Go anywhere other than here.
