I took a day off of work and drive always across town and their closed, since it’s the day and time of computers, maybe and email, sounds pretty simple for a bank. I thought. Since a merger is going on, I have no information on it,nothing. Two women in the parking lot said I was supposed to receive a package in the mail about the merger. Again nothing. Here it is Monday the 2nd, I took off work and can’t access my account at all today. Poor leadership, makes me want to bank elsewhere, been a member for 25 it 30 years here and nothing about a merger.

Great place with good service. Helped me get my first loan for a school computer when companies wouldn’t give me a loan or credit card. Always professional and kind. Sure, sometimes it takes a few to get through the hold system but it’s okay. They have other clients waiting also. Always willing to help you out if you need to miss a loan payment and give you options and do it while being kind and polite and willing to chat a little bit as they work. I’d recommend this place, I’ve not been disappointed yet.

Have to give them a 4, because even thou, it is the best bank, I have been with. They never, answer their phone. So when I really need to.ask something or check my account for my business, without leaving my business...I never get them . It has made them actually lose a customer bc, she asked about our bank, an said, yes. It's great, but I you can't get them on the phone.

My husband and I have been with Premier FCU for almost 20 years. The people that work in this office are the absolute best. We have had car loans, personal loans ...the staff is amazing. We can not say enough.

This seemed like an ok place until the Charlotte CU took it over. I had $25 which sat there for two years, no fee, no penalty. Then they started a $5/month inactive account fee which ate up $20. There were no warnings or emails. I don't trust this place. YMMV

I love everyone that works here. They are all so sweet an always make sure were well taken care of. I'd recommend this credit union to anyone. Although today makes 3 times now that I have went to this bank 1st time was at 4:58 and they were already closed today I got here at 5:01 and they're already close doing their cash out you're still a place of business!

I used this CU for over 25 years and financed over 10 large items like cars, campers, boats etc. For years I really liked the service and ease of getting a loan but over the last few years I noticed that the staff don’t smile anymore, won’t answer the phone and when you walk thru the front door you get a look from the tellers like, “What do you want?” I feel like I’m bothering them. I finally moved my business to State Employees CU where I get a smile and they act like they want my business. Really Premier?...you guys act like you hate your job.

Ever since the merge I feel as you lost the small town touch I have problems with money I am disabled I can no longer call my branch when I need help from the people that I know and trust do you know how hard it is to open up I am vary disappointed In your decisions on several things but hay great website corporate and cold not what we need now
Hi Jason, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. After the merge, we did make the transition to have a centralized call center rather than having individual branch phone numbers. This ensures our member’s calls will be answered and they can be provided service in a timely manner. Our branches are very busy, and unfortunately, that meant some calls were unable to be answered because staff were helping other members in person. You can still absolutely reach your local branch directly by requesting the branch manager or staff’s extension numbers and email addresses. We strive to provide our customers with our best and have unfortunately failed you. I see some cruddy reviews on here for a awesome bank . I’ve never had a issue with anyone . Not once I’ve banked with state employees and Premier is far better , awesome service 👍🏼👍🏼
