After bidding out a bad spark plug (that was located on the back of the engine) with 3 other local shops, Service at Toyota made easy work of it, provided a solid customer experience and even had the lowest bid! Because of my first visit being positive; I have returned twice since, each time, they have exceeded my expectations to discover and remedy any issues. Most notable was Eddie, who knows cars with a passion and earned my trust in making well informed decisions for the optimal solution to each of my car issues. Having a good guy on the inside, is priceless!! No matter what car I have, I'll gladly work with Eddie to make the best of the situation.

Jeremiah, the parts manager, is phenomenal! Our local Toyota dealership failed in obtaining the parts needed to complete a job for a customer who is moving on Thursday. We have a small garage here in Corpus Christi, TX. Not only did Jeremiah assure the parts we needed were correct and readily available, but he also helped us with pricing and overnight air to assure we could get our guest back on the road as promised. Thank you Jeremiah for being there in our time of need! We are not regular customers of yours, but you have won yourself one loyal business. If we ever need anything in the future, we know who to call!! Give this man a raise Young...we need more people in the industry going the extra mile!

We just bought a new Highlander hybrid from Young Toyota and we couldn’t be happier! The two salesmen we worked with, Mark and Hayden, are outstanding!!! If I could give it a 0 I would. The finance bro, Blake, was incredibly rude when I asked questions about the contract and financing. He refused to talk with me and would only talk to my male partner. When we specifically requested some features to be taken off he told us there was absolutely no way that could be done. After we got our contract back, they were all listed under 'optional'. We were promised a lower rate when we bought the car and then Blake told us there was no way to even get within our price range per month even though we put more money down then we originally planned. Disgusted with the experience.

Shout out to “Doug” in the service dept. I stopped in trying to get questions on my tire light that’s was staying on even after having it in for services a few weeks earlier. Seems there was a nail hiding that was messing with things. He had me in and out in 20 minutes time. Maybe it was luck in my part for timing ? Either way Doug made me feel like he took extra time out of his way to help me and Get things taken care of in a short time. Thanks again ….

My husband and I are first time car buyers but believed we had done all the research we needed before coming in. We met with Chris in sales who was very nice and mentioned he'd only worked there for about a month. Because of the insane used sales market, we decided to order a new 2022 RAV4 and Chris was very helpful. Because he was new, Chris would grab the manager, Kyle or Mark, to ask questions. Chris was so great to work with. After putting a deposit down, we left the dealership feeling good and like we avoided all the swindling we had been warned about. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We came back after the car was built for financing and were genuinely LIED to and conned into adding $7000 worth of extras. Several times we asked, "is this required?" or "can we take this off?" or "is there anything we can do to lower this price?" Blake Christensen (finance manager), repeatedly told us "no" and "this is the very best I can do for you." When I mentioned Chris had told us certain things could be removed, Blake replied, "Well, Chris is new and doesn't know." He sped through the signing process, not even showing us several pages of contract, spoke to me like I was an idiot when I challenged him, and offered very minimal explanation of each page. After getting home and actually having a chance to read over the contract, each and every add-on was listed as "optional" and almost everything could be canceled. I printed the contract and marked it up, highlighting cancellation polices. I gave Young Toyota 2 stars instead of 1 because they DID cancel all of the add-ons that were cancellable. But ONLY because we did our research and came back. I do not think they would've been so willing if we didn't have the contract in hand. BUT Chris gets five stars! Blake's claims of him being new and not knowing what was going on could've been true but Chris confirmed everything with his managers before telling us major information. Moral of the story: make them print out a contract for you right then and read every. single. word. OR even better, do yourself a favor and get a car literally anywhere else!

It started out all great and I have to revise my review as after purchase has been hell. The head lights did not work on the vehicle after we got it and we had to take a half day offf to take it back to get it fixed and it could have just been done over the phone. And now they messed up emissions and I have to go get the emissions done for them so they can register it. No compensation for my time, at least the said thanks….. I don’t know where the customer service is at but I have had a lot better at other Toyota dealerships. Also JC our sales rep is the only reason we stayed. Thanks JC.

One star too much! It has taken over 1 year for them to try to fix a bad air leak on my new car. After several visits of them saying they could hear it but couldn’t do anything about it , I contacted Toyota directly. Then, they reached out to me and asked for another chance. I was told I would be called back the next day, and SIX WEEKS later I called multiple times and was able to get it scheduled. They “found the leak” and after working with Toyota ordered parts to do the repairs. Today was the repair day. After never hearing from them about it being completed after being in the shop all day, I came to pick it up. Multiple scratches down the side and scuffs on the rear bumper. They assured me they can fix them. So frustrating! Don’t buy from here, nor obtain service here. There is a red truck in the shop with a big tube draped down the side paint. Not quality I expect! !

As a long-time Toyota owner, service center customer, and personal automotive/motorsports mechanic I would highly advise not having your vehicle serviced at Young Toyota. You're much better off going to Tony Divino or another Toyota dealership for any sort of mechanical work. The quality of workmanship is very poor and the customer service and professionalism from management at Young Toyota is even more disgraceful. There simply is a complete lack of integrity, quality control, and customer focus. As much as I hate to say this in this day and age, if you're a woman or not mechanically inclined, I'd recommend bringing someone knowledgeable because it's clear they will take advantage of you based on this, and for anyone coming off as unknowledgeable about cars. It's clear they're not comfortable talking to experienced mechanics in these situations and will resort to lies if necessary. As a result of my many experiences with Young, I will never visit them for another service or vehicle purchase. My Personal Experience: We had taken our pampered 3rd generation 4Runner in multiple times for service and it was very often that the vehicle would have to return to the service center due to poor quality control and inexperienced technicians (happy to furnish records and field questions to anyone curious). For instance, we had three trips back immediately following our timing belt service because the technician damaged a heater house causing a coolant leak that the dealership would first not own up to, and secondly tried to blame the leak on the age of the vehicle. They could not locate the leak until the third return trip where I personally had to walk out to the shop floor to show the service manager (who also was a previous technician at this location) the location of the damaged hose--a customer should not have to diagnose their own vehicle at a manufacturer dealership, let alone on the third trip. It doesn't end there. In a long line of poor service quality, the most recent concern resulted from the improper replacement of the transfer case seal. Upon removing the seal, it was quite clear the technician used the incorrect tool and method for seal removal and gouged the sealing surface, which was so severe it permanently prevents a seal from forming and continues to cause a leak. They never mentioned causing this damage after the first repair and when the vehicle was brought back a second time they replaced it again, and again failed to mention the leak was a result of a negligible repair and technician-caused damage to the sealing surface despite being directly asked on both occasions. We have moved out of state and continue to bring our vehicle to Toyota service centers where another leak from the transfer case was once again noticed. The NV Toyota technician was quick to identify the cause of the leak due to damage caused by the previous repair at Young. In order to properly repair the vehicle to a quality standard, replacing the transfer case half was required ($4k+ w/ labor). When Young Toyota was informed they continued to deny the damage despite a Toyota inspector's report, and when finally admitting to causing the gouges, tried to play it off that the scratches would not cause a leak, this was straight-up dishonest and a lie to avoid owning up to their mistake. They then attempted, again to blame the age of the vehicle, even though this initial repair should last well beyond 20k miles, and tried to hide behind the work warranty for the damage their incompetent technician had caused, this likely would have worked for someone not knowledgable about such work. This shows a complete lack of integrity to the customer and for quality of work. No mechanic I've worked with in any automotive industry would have given that poor work their stamp of approval and management standing behind such poor mechanics is an affront to quality technicians, the Young automotive group, and Toyota as a whole. I only post honest and truthful reviews, will provide any documentation as support, and will repost if deleted.

One month after trading in a vehicle the dealership finally sent a check to our bank for the truck we gave them (which was already sold to someone else before they paid us for it) and the bank called us and said the dealership sent a check for that truck but it bounced because of fraudulent activity within the dealership. We had to call a million times before this just to get the payment in the first place and then again to try and get this all settled.

We just recently bought a Tacoma from the crew at Young Toyota. They were very professional and great to work with. Our company is based in Provo Utah, but wasn’t an issue at all having them based in Logan. They even drove the truck down to us once it arrived. Kyle Dwiggins and Steve (can’t remember last name) were great. Also had great communication!

This Toyota dealership listed a Mini Cooper for sale on KSL and Facebook. I drove one hour round trip to see this. Arrive, They tell me I can’t test drive it because it’s going to auction. One week later they re-list it on Facebook and KSL. I left it alone and didn’t bother asking why. I get a call from Alicia and she offered me a gas card to make up for the wasted travel. She tells me it has $25. I drive another one hour round trip to pick it up. Guess what?! It’s only for use at that Customer service and parts department! Made me drive a whole hour, again… Just for that. Nice job Logan Toyota Dealership.

I had a terrible experience with Young Toyota and their sales rep Gerardo. I was ready to buy a car with a short end of year deadline. We found the car I wanted and I had the financing ready to go. The dealership insisted I use their in house financing which was at a higher interest rate and payment than what I had found in my own. Gerardo told me that they would work to find me a better rate. After waiting all day with very little communication, I received a text from Gerardo that it wasn’t going to work by the end of the year. Why had’t they communicated that to me earlier or from the get go? Now I have no options as all the other dealerships are closed and I thought we had this one done just waiting to be finalized. Also buyer beware, if I went forward with my own financing, Young Toyota was going to charge me $2000 extra dollars - $2000 just because they wanted me to use their lenders. I was willing to use their lenders but not for almost double the interest rate of what I could get on my own. I do not recommend this dealership. They don’t seem to really care about their customers and doing what’s best for them.

Money over customers! I was told the going rate for a 4runner was $2500 OVER MSRP! Then Tony Divino Toyota contacted me through True Car when I was researching to see if I was getting a decent price. They said they would sell to me at MSRP. I had put my deposit down with Young Toyota and asked them to match the price: they wouldn't. I was told that they would match it if nobody else bought the vehicle for the price they wanted! Even after I put down a deposit and ordered it to my specifications! THEN, there is the "warranty" on your wheels and tires they don't tell you about that adds another $800 to the purchase price. When I challenged it, I was told "that charge is generated when a VIN number is produced." If that is true, then why did they try to charge me for the same $800 BS when I purchased my used Corolla that already had a VIN? Which by the way I challenged and they waived the upcharge. I was also told that if nobody purchased the 4runner for the price they wanted, then they would sell it without that specific upcharge. So that means it was lie about being generated by a VIN number! The practice of non refundable deposits is against the fair credit and billing act. So if you do make a deposit, do it with a credit card. That will protect you from such greed and dishonesty. When this was all said and done, KYLE DWIGGINS the sales manager told me, "Thanks for wasting our time!" I went straight to Toyota about this experience and I was contacted by Jeremiah Davis the customer relations manager. I called back twice after receiving the voice message but I was told both times that he was "a little busy right now." Also never returned my calls again. I will however defend Hayden the salesman. He was pleasant and kind to deal with. Everytime he came back from "talking with the manager" (Kyle Dwiggins), it was Kyle's words that came across rude and condescending. Young Toyota, my experience with your establishment is a perfect display of incompetence with customer service not to mention dishonesty. I feel bad for individuals not doing their research before purchasing a vehicle with you.

Eddie and the service staff were so great and helpful with all my questions. And so was the shuttle driver! What a delight it was to have the shuttle driver drive me from Toyota and back. He was so friendly and, honestly, it made my day talking to someone so friendly! Never had that experience from a repair shop before, I can’t say enough good things about this service.

Made an appointment for a test drive same-day and Mark H was super helpful with everything! He did great showing me the features of the car both on and off the drive. I didn't end up buying, but he helped me work through all the questions I had and even got me in contact with who I needed to make sure I was getting the right car for me.

The sales associates are great to work with and do well at listening before trying to push anything on you. Kambree helped me look at some options I hadn't been thinking about and was able to show me the inventory at all of the Young lots. They have a good inventory and are great people to work with!

I've never had a good experience at a car dealership until Young Toyota and Jordan made that happen. Asked us what we wanted in a car and our price point, came back with multiple options for just that. No pushing towards upsell, no shady sales pitch. Genuinely wanted to get us the best deal possible. 10/10 will definitely be buying my next car through him.

I don't like to leave bad reviews. However, I brought in an old Prius for some repairs and was quoted $4,200 and a laundry list of parts that they thought were broken. Paid $200 for a diagnostic fee, then bought the single part that was actually broken for $150 and fixed it myself in less than 2 hours. Since then I've put 2,000 miles on the car. If I wasn't able to fix it, I would've had to scrap a perfectly fine car because $4,200 is more than the entire thing is worth. I don't understand this amount of money for a single broken part and two hours worth of labor.

Never trust what they tell you what they will give you for a cash offer! No matter how accurate the details are that you give them about your car are and what kbb instant cash offer says it's worth and they are willing to call you and have you drive an hour and a half (which I informed them that's how far I would be driving), just to show up and have them offer you $2,500 less when all information provided to them was 100% accurate for the original offer given. Plus when we set up the appointment for me to meet with the appraiser, he was not even there. They just took some pictures sent them to him and they talked to him over the phone. I didn't even get a chance to. I will be letting my connection at Young corporate know how things were handled, and hopefully he can make them an honest dealership again. I have been in the car industry for 17 years now. Never will I give Young the time of day again if that's how they do business.

She was so cheerful and helpful. She then had us meet with Kambree who helped us to find our new car. Our experience was so professional and courteous. I don't have good things to say. I have taken my truck in twice before. First time was average, second time...no sense of hustle or timeline. Third time, I scheduled an appointment...still didn't help. Service person mentioned only having 2 tech's...as if I needed to get on board with their delays. The estimate provided was way low...apparently they are unable to enter in the parts in their system in advance and provide exact part price? So, they ball-parked the estimate...way low. When I showed surprise at the price, they returned even greater surprise, like I was a crazy person. Of the 5 items I told them about when I scheduled the appointment, they didn't even address 2. So, I am getting those done elsewhere. No hustle, no sense of customer service. Not just one person. I worked with several as the same person never seems to be around during a day shift? Anyway, I own two Toyota vehicles. Never going back. I don't recommend.

A couple days ago I noticed the engine light come on and I made an appointment with Toyota to look at it. Initially, I was told I would pay $150 even if the issue was minor due to paying the mechanics for labor. So, I showed up expecting to pay at least $150 however, after checking the car for a couple of seconds, Ally at the front desk told me that it might just be that I didn't close the gas valve correctly and that could be causing the light to come on. And if that was the case, it would take minutes to fix and I wouldn't have to pay. I was surprised to hear that. I also shared with her a concern of taking out a bolt that had rusted by where my license plate is. She also looked at it and said that it would be a quick fix and that I probably wouldn't have to pay. She then said she would let me know once the mechanic took a look at it. Less than 10 minutes later she came to me in the waiting room and told me that my car was ready to go. That it was the gas valve and the the license plate bolt was removed and that I wouldn't have to pay. I was pleasantly surprised and touched by her superb customer service. This made my day. I will definitely come back!!! Thanks Ally!!!

I was honored to be selected as Logan City's Teacher of the Year. In recognition of that honor I was also given a beautiful Honda Civic for a year from Young Auto Mall! Mike Capron, the general manager , and Scott Cooley actually brought the car to my school and presented it to me. I was shocked. They invited me to the show room that evening to finalize the gift. I paid $485 for break service on my 2017 Prius. I called another dealer and they said they would have charged me $248. I asked the service writer if they thought $485 was average and they told me it was higher than what he would have expected. He said that he would ask his manager if they could adjust my bill. Over a week has passed and they have not gotten back with me, despite me calling repeatedly and leaving messages. I think Young Toyota feels like they can charge high prices because people don't want to leave the valley. I will be leaving the valley in the future.

WORST PLACE EVER!! I never want to buy a car again because of my experience. First time here, after putting $500 down on a van we ordered, they sold it to someone else(and tried to keep our $500). We couldn’t come in to sign paperwork because we were quarantined, so no van. Second time, we had to put $1000 down, non-refundable. Three months later, the lady we were working with was on vacation so someone else asks us to come in to discuss the van. We go in, on the weekend, ask for the guy, only to be handed off to another person to discuss our van. The new guy knew nothing about it and had us signing papers for a completely different van. Then, if we wanted to keep our van, that hasn’t even shipped yet, we had to give a down payment and sign all paperwork that day. Sales people are terrible, but the finance people, BEWARE!! They weasel you to add things. They don’t tell you you can refuse all packages, “ because then people would.” We tried to get a refund once we figured out how they charged us an extra $7,000 for the package deal. They told us we couldn’t get a refund on everything. WHY?? They didn’t even have the van yet. They tried to convince us to keep it. Telling us to think it over. I have thought it over. I pay enough in insurance to protect my vehicle! We have called them, they don’t return calls. Don’t ever go here. If I could go back I’d never buy from them, but I certainly never will again!!

I drove two hours from Provo to purchase a Supra from Young Toyota. They were extremely helpful in preparing all the paperwork for me ahead of time, much of which I could actually sign remotely before I even arrived. By the time I got there I was in and out inside an hour. Having dealt with most of the other Toyota dealers in Utah, I can say that Young Toyota is the most accommodating and efficient. In addition, they didn't try upsell me. They simply informed me of what was available and left it alone after that, which was very much appreciated. They also didn't mark up the car. Cory Wood was GREAT to work with. He handled every hiccup that came along. He was very patient with us and the whole car buying process. We had to schedule an appointment more than once to test drive the vehicle we were looking for. But, once Cory helped us, we were able to find our vehicle sooner than estimated.

I was excited to be buying a new Toyota here, but was treated very poorly. As a first time car buyer, I put my trust in the employees there and they definitely took advantage of it. Kyle Dwiggins rushed me through the paperwork and did not offer proper explanations of what I needed to sign. He was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you are a first time car buyer, do not go here. If you do, bring someone that is experienced or people like Kyle will try to take advantage of your inexperience and add on a ton of charges without telling you or explaining them to you.

We originally came here a few months ago to look at cars. We found nothing but the sales rep was great on calling us back to come take a look a new inventory. We got there and he was with someone else so we were assisted by a different sales rep. Only to notice our original sales rep not even bother to check on us when he was done assisting his other customers while we had just sat down with the new rep. My son is a student at USU and needed a car after his was hit on the side of the road and totaled. We live in Washington so he had to look for car on his own. I called Young Toyota and told them the situation and they assured me that they would take care of him. They sold him a car that had been totaled and has been nothing but problems now less than a year later it needs a brand new transmission this is a 2013 Subaru Outback with less than 100,000 miles. When I called to talk to them they told me that he signed paperwork that the car was being sold as is. Totally took advantage of a college kid, they should be ashamed of themselves. I will make sure I tell as many folks as possible how immoral and deceptive this dealership is.

Don’t do business with Young Toyota in Logan. They can’t be trusted. Today we had our oil changed and our tires rotated at Young Toyota in Logan. They totally scammed us. We use full synthetic oil and they said they had to special order it because they don’t have full synthetic. We have been going there the past couple of years and they have given us full synthetic each time. If they haven’t they have said they did. They charged us $122.88 for 8 quarts of Penzoil 5W20 full synthetic. I don’t know where they purchased it but you can get 5 quarts for $30 at Autozone. So we were charged 65 percent more than we should have been.

Kyle Tansock and Kambree Josie helped us, we traded in our 2019 Corolla for a 2020 GMC Terrain. They were both so helpful and great to work with! The sales team was kind and welcoming, but the sales manager Kyle Dwiggins was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was frustrated with his service and he even went as far as to use derogatory language with us. Along with this, he also rushed my friend through the paperwork without offering any explanations. When we asked for an explanation of the different charges, he was very short with us. If you go here, please avoid Kyle Dwiggins at all costs. Salesperson was not transparent about extra features. She tried to add them at the time of signing. Dealership required me to purchase road hazard warranty (which is $500) when I did not want it. My insurance already covers this. Salesperson also talked about getting the vehicle certified by Toyota but neglected to inform me that I would have to pay extra for the service. This was another $500 dollars. Sales manager finally agreed to add these services but reduced the cost of the car to accommodate them. This still means I am paying interest over the term of the loan on services that should already be included. When I asked for a full tank of gas (which was already at 1/2), I was laughed at. They thought it was a joke. I have never been treated so poorly in buying a car before. I spend 40k on a used car and Young can’t fill the tank? Such a disgrace. I will buy from Young again.

DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR WORK! It's worth driving to Ogden or SLC for quality repair work and to avoid the Young Toyota nightmare. Young Toyota mechanics damaged my transfer case while supposedly replacing the transfer case seal in 2019 and then again under warranty in 2020. Now, less than two years later, it's leaking yet again. Upon inspection at another Toyota service shop where we live, we found Young Toyota damaged the mating surface of my transfer case during their "repairs" (see pictures below). Bottom line: This was a standard job and rookie mistake. Young is claiming it's out of warranty but the warranty was to replace the seal, not to damage my vehicle to the tune of about $5000 (cost of transfer case replacement). They've been evasive when trying to reach them, despite Russ Ottley, the current service manager acknowledging that they caused the scratches but stating this is not the cause of the leak. I've been reaching out to Russ Ottley, Jake Talbot, and Young Automotive regarding this matter for weeks, to no resolution. Aside from this issue, we had a repeated problems with a 4WD sensor and timing belt job Young Toyota did (again both standard jobs), which we think shows an ongoing pattern of negligence. We are so disappointed in the poor quality service we received at Young Toyota and lack of responsibility for their workmanship. We hope others will read this and go elsewhere. Save yourself time, thousands of dollars, and hours of frustration by going somewhere that doesn't make it a practice to cover up a mistake, with another mistake, and then a patch job.

When I set up my appointment I specifically asked if I would be charged for the diagnosis and was assured multiple times that there would be no charge unless it was something they could fix and we went forward with treatment. But when my husband took the car in they told him there would be a $160 diagnosis fee. Absolutely ridiculous to get our AUX PORT repaired. And that was before even doing anything! Get your car fixed literally anywhere else.

Took my car in to get appraised. They told me the head gasket was “going to fail any day now”. Insisted I get it fixed or I would be in danger. Told me my car was worth nothing because of the problem ($4000) I took it to 2 mechanics to check the head gasket (did not tell them what Toyota thought) and they both congratulated me on having a perfectly fine head gasket. I was completely lied to by Toyota and had a horrible experience.

I had a poor experience with this dealership. I've been to many, this is a decent place to go to, but nothing special. I like how they are not pushy or rushing a sale, but my biggest issue with them is that they are not honest. I was told a vehicle a got would be a certain price, then once I signed the papers, they showed me additional fees that raised the price 1500 on the initial price, this is not including the transactional fees or dealership fees. They added a bunch of things that were already installed that raised the price that I was not told about during the beginning of my search with them. They preinstalled a LoJack system on the car which is a GPS tracker, it added $400 and it was not even installed. This is what I don't like them. Find another place to do business

There I was… wallowing in my own self pity, wondering how I’m going to buy a reliable car that can fit my growing family without selling my soul to a $50k car loan. I took a 2020 Corolla in for a routine 30,000 mile service, they quoted the price at $380, which already seemed steep given what it includes, but the other places I called didn't have availability. Then, when I came to pick it up they said that because my cabin and engine air filters we were dirty (a normal occurrence), they went ahead and replaced them and that it would be an additional $80 just for the filters. No one called or mentioned anything about it prior to the installation and I found out when I was literally in the process of handing them my card to pay. The $380 (before tax) ended up being about $530 in the end. Then, to top it off they have people, who are very nice but don't know much about cars, ring you up which makes it very difficult to get answers to questions you may have. For example, the woman who helped me said she had been transferred to the service department two days prior from the scheduling department. When I brought up my concern with the discrepancy with the filters she said that the parts guy stated that "These filters have Carbon in them, so thats why it is so expensive." I tried to explain that there are other filters that work that are not that expensive but it was clear it would be a very productive discussion. There are several models of air filters that work with these Corollas, some ranging from around 21 dollars up to a little over 50 dollars. The most expensive ones having charcoal (Carbon), while the cheaper ones do not. So to not call, then replace it with literally the most expensive version of the part that Toyota offers, and then not provide any explanation or try to come to a compromise seems pretty dishonest. To sum it up, if you need a service on your car, it would be wise to look elsewhere even if you have to wait.

I had my service appointment for my Suburu 11/15/21, and it was a delight as always. You are greeted by the receptionist, who makes sure you get to the right place the first time, escorting you with a smile. Eddie took the best care of me and my car😁 I was even able to renew my registration with the on the spot renewal while I waited, the delightful woman chatted with me, and made the whole experience so easy. Eddie then explained everything they were doing, went thru the results with me and made sure I understood what they meant. He even walked out to the car with me all the while answering every question I had. I felt he went above and beyond, as well as the whole service team!

I called Young Toyota because in Denver we have been having a very hard time getting the new Sienna. Kayden took my call and was very informative. He told me they did have one available. After reviewing it was not the package we wanted, so we did not go with the vehicle although, Kayden was able to answer all my questions! Great asset to the Young Toyota team. Car broke down in Logan canyon and I had towed to Young. Stephanie got someone to look at it the next day. Ordered the parts and got us taken care of. She kept us informed and the bill was $ 60 less than she quoted. Young Toyota is great.

Went to Young Toyota in Logan for some information on Ordering a new Tacoma. Talked to a sells person. (Mike) Mike was not pushy and answered most of my questions I had at the time and let my dad and I test drive 2 other tacomas they had on the lot at the time. Once we were done I told Mark I was a couple weeks out from ordering due to them wanting a much higher deposit on a new order then the common $500 that others require.( wasn't an issue just needed time) once leaving the dealer exchange my number to keep in contact with him for when I was ready to order. Later on I decided to contact some more dealers to check what kind of fees and markups they do and found a couple others that seem to want to compete for my business. I then contact Mark to see what fees young have at the time and Mark informed me that they have there basic DOC fee tax license and registration fees and accessories fee. I informed him I'm okay with the basic dealer and taxes fees but I'm not looking for any kind of accessories to be added on to the vehicle I'm ordering. I was told that they are mandatory fees and I was required to pay for them. I asked what kind of accessories ware they and I was informed an aftermarket lojack system, and wheel and tire protection. I then asked what the prices of all the fees were, and he keep avoiding answering that question. And I told him. About the fact that toyota has there factory system called remote&safety connect which has there own type of lowjack if I pay for the subscription. He then told me that it was still a requirement for me to purchase there lojack system which I don't want installed if I order. ( forced into something that comes standard on a vehicle seems like a rip off to me) he informed me that a sell would not be a fit for me and I should take my business elsewhere...... so I guess I am now going elsewhere. And I will save some money not having to pay over MSRP and for stuff I don't want. SORRY Youngs. I use to have good thoughts about young automotive being a former employee myself but not with this sell you lost.

Drove all the way up from Ogden to lease a Tacoma from Young, and had an amazing experience. Steve took my information beforehand and had all the numbers run before I even started driving up, by the time I got there the truck was already cleaned up and ready to go. Filled out the paperwork quick and took the truck home. I'll definitely be back. What a great experience.

I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning and had yet to hear from them by Saturday, so I called in to ask about the status of my car. I was told it was being looked at as we spoke, and that I would receive a call in about an hour with updates. After that didn't happen, I called when I got home from work on Monday at about 5:20. After speaking with one of the service techs, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes until the service center closed, never hearing back from them. It took a full 5 business days for them to finally let me know what was going on with my car, but only after I physically went back to the dealership. Almost an entire week just to get the diagnostic? I would strongly recommend going to another location if you need work done on your vehicle.

I brough my car at Young toyota for the 30k miles maintenance around 1pm. Came back at 5pm and the car was almost done and clean (at least on the outside, a little vacuum inside would have been appreciated, but i didn't brought them the car for them to clean it !). Also, the maintenance reminder weren't reset. Not a big deal, I did it, but it could have been done seen the price of the maintenance ! Except for that, very good service and fast. Thank you

I am a long-time 15-year plus customer. For the past couple of years the service department was in significant decline so much so that I preferred taking my vehicle to SLC. It got to the point that I would not use Young Toyota unless absolutely necessary. This visit was one of those occasions and was pleasantly surprised. A 5- star experience. I attribute the improvement to finally getting competent service staff and getting rid of substandard employees. Also there is a new service department head who seems really on top of things. Definitely will use Gabe to manage my next visit.
