The new branch location has poor customer service. All the people who made this place great before (inside Lee’s) are gone. Now it’s just younger college kids who don’t care and don’t follow through. Severely disappointed. This branch has a shiny new beautiful building but their new hires are incompetent.

I had such a wonderful experience at USU credit union today. I do not personally bank with them but I had to come in for a transaction with another credit union. The staff was so friendly. I was greeted by a few different people as I walked in. I was personally helped by Dylan and he made sure my needs were met. He was very friendly and personable. I would recommend this credit union to my friends and family.

This branch has the nicest people! The branch manager, Miranda has helped me multiple times with auto loans and she is fantastic! She makes everything so easy and is so fast at what she does. I would recommend anyone to go to this branch for their account/loan needs.
