This dealership is amazing. I recently bought a 2018 crosstrek and absolutely loved the ease of purchasing the vehicle. The staff is extremely easy to work with. Josh was a very friendly and helpful guy to talk to about the vehicle and questions i had. Josh definitely made it easy to buy and responded well to everything. They aren’t pushy about making any deals and are priced very well. Simple and easy is whats best for me and these guys do good at making it that way. Shout out josh!

Had a great experience doing business with Rich’s cars. They have a great sales team that helped my wife and I find what we were looking for within our price range. We had the change to work both with Josh and Kendall, both were extremely helpful and neither of them pressured us they gave us space to talk about our decision and decide on our own! Josh was a super good salesman. No pressure, super chill dude. Answered all my questions and never made it seem like I was annoying him with all of them. This place is a place you can trust, and when it comes to cars that is hard to find. I am a salesman and I HATE car salesman. But these guys are different and that is why I chose them. Biggest scam on the planet! Bought a 2016 Kia Forte LX with 35,000 miles only drove 2,000 miles and the engine blew. Their response...nothing we can do for you. Drove it 3 miles a day to work and back. Now stuck with a $10,000 new loan and a car with no engine. Their salesman was a total liar lied about odometer and other things and should never have bought a car from this fly by night outfit. Yes it was Rich's I know where I bought the car from. They promised new tires, and other things but did not deliver on anything. response: it did not need an engine replacement until we bought it and it blew up! We did contact your business and they said there was nothing they could do. Jacob was our salesman.

Look no further! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE. I went to so many car dealerships in Logan in search of honest people, high quality cars, and good prices--zero luck. Everyone was trying to sell me cars with high mileage and trash deals. Then, I came here and just meeting Kendall makes you want to buy a car from him. The entire car searching and buying process stressed me out. I had no idea what I was doing and they totally took me in and helped me find my DREAM CAR. I LOVE IT! They are so honest, so good with prices, and don't hide money in secret places when working with you on the final costs. The atmosphere here is also really relaxed--they're not trying to pressure you into things--they really want you help you find what you're looking for long-term! Best experience (I'm talking in and out with all the paperwork, loan stuff in under 2.5 hours). Dean and Blake took really great care of me throughout the whole process of buying my car. Being located out of state I anticipated the process was going to be difficult but Dean took the time to answer my questions on the phone and took detailed pictures of the car to send to me. When I arrived The car looked to be in better condition than in the pictures and I was very excited. Dean had me test drive the car to make sure it was what I wanted and that everything would be a great fit. Filling out all the paperwork was actually pretty fun with Blake, he is passionate and knowledgeable and it makes for good conversation. Overall buying a car from Rich's Cars and Credit was a great experience and I highly recommend looking at their inventory because they will treat you well!

I just want to take a moment and let everyone know how amazing these people are! My husband, brother in law & I have all gotten cars from this dealership. They got all of us amazing deals! My husband got himself a Dodge Ram Truck, in perfect condition. Perfect track on the wheels, paint in perfect condition, lights like new, etc... etc... my brother in law got a Jeep Grand Cherokee with beautiful black paint, beautiful rims, also with amazing track on the tires. In the middle of last year I got a Chrysler 200, today I went in to switch out my car for an SUV because my husband & I are expecting & I we both wanted a family friendly car, they showed us this BEAUTIFUL Buick but it was a bit above our price range... but thanks to Jacob & Blake they helped us get it in our price range. Dean was great to work with. Found this truck from all the way down in st George. It had to be a Tacoma and it had to be blue. The team did a great job on the restoration and the cleaning detail was as if it were new. Great job gang!

Rich’s cars was good to work with. They let me take my truck to a mechanic for an inspection before purchasing it. There was some minor issues like reverse light was out. Air filter was dirty. Battery was really old. They ended up fixing those issues and getting me a new battery before I bought it. Financing wasn’t confusing and I didn’t feel too pressured to buy. Overall a great experience buying my truck.

My husband found a 2014 Subaru Outback listed with Rich's Cars and Credit and he made an appointment with Josh (Sales Team Member) to view/test drive the car. Since we were unable to meet with Josh at the time of our visit, he made sure that another Team Member (Brenan) was available to assist us with our visit. I have never felt more catered-to and prioritized when buying a car. Ever. Brenan took every opportunity to make us comfortable, answer our questions, accommodate all our needs and let us make our own decisions about what we needed. ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE! The level of customer service is deserving of more than 5 stars. Rich's Cars N Credit is a quality car dealer. We purchased a 2017 VW Tiguan from them and are extremely happy with the car. It was very low miles and super clean. We are out of state buyers but the transaction was very smooth. Dean Ricks was our salesman and I was on the phone with him for maybe 10 minutes before we had a deal. The price was very fair for a quality vehicle. We made the 4 hour trek to Logan, UT the following weekend and found the car ready for a test drive. The paperwork with Blake took maybe 20 minutes and we were back on the road home. This was the best car buying experience ever. Dean and Blake are old school good guys, clearly with a lot of industry experience. If there is a deal to be made, they will make it for you. I had THE BEST experience at Rich’s today! I’d been in a car for a couple of weeks that I wasn’t entirely happy in, so I went into the store not expecting much but they took my car and got me into a 2013 Honda Civic that I’m absolutely in love with! This will probably be where I buy my cars for years to come. Great staff, and Rich himself is an awesome guy. If you need a car, do yourself a favor and get into Rich’s Cars n Credit! They will work with you on any credit situation. Mine was basically in the toilet and they still managed to get me approved! Ahhh, I love this place. ☺️

We recently bought a Toyota Sequoia from them and we had a great experience! They had the best price for the amount of miles on the car and they didn't try to force anything on us. Plus their warranties are the best we've heard of! Couldn't get a better salesman then Jake. He was very friendly and explained every part of the process as we were going through it.

I bought my third vehicle through Rich’s today also my third experience working with Dean (salesmen) who is really easy to work with. I have always been treated fairly with these guys and the buying process doesn’t take 5 hours like most places. They help you find the best vehicle and boom your out on the road extremely fast.
