We have been banking with Mountain America for the past 20 years. We have found their staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, ,and always helpful with our banking and financial needs. We have experienced that the quality of service appears to be consistent regardless of which branch we may be visiting, either local or across the state.. We are loyal costumers, and feel confident recommending Mountain America Credit Union to everyone looking for a honest banking institution in which to bank with.

They never answer the phone at this branch. They also never return your call after you’ve left a voicemail. Sometimes we NEED to talk via phone call because we can’t always come into the branch.

Dalton was great! He explained he was new and it may take some time to open my account. I had my dogs in the car he understood and got some help from the supervisor and got me out right away. The next day I had to go in for another matter and the bank made fill safe and got what I needed done with out any problems. I love my new credit union and recommend them to everyone! Thank you Mountain America!

Mountain America is probably the best bank I have ever been a part of. The app is great and the staff is always courteous, helpful and kind. I have never found hidden fees or ridiculous charges. I love this credit union. Keep up the great work!

Bein a member for a long time and never had an experience like I did on this bran h, needed to close some acounts teller very helpful but when it came to the closing of the accounts waited for 5 min when yo ask the manager what was going on how much longer and he said I don't know, he was doing nothing, he should ot be the one helping me instead he asked me to be payiente, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Not blaming MACU only that manager

I Stopped in here on my way through Moab. They're definitely brand new brandnch and struggling getting staffing but typical credit Union. Prefer AFCU

I've been banking with Mountian America for 16 years. Just recently I've been reminded on why I like Mountian America so much. After a pleasant interaction with the bank Lillian called me and let me know that I could get twice as much money for the points that I Had accumulated with my Visa rewards card. That earned me an extra $800. I also received a handwritten letter thanking me for my business. The branch manager Georgia is awesome as well as Lillian. If I could give a 10 star I would.

I have been a member of mountain America since 2012, they have done nothing but ,have wonderful customer service actually ...excellent customer service they've always treated me with respect and, kindness .I'm 67 years old and ,sometimes I don't understand things as well as I should and, they've always taken the time to explain it to me .they have wonderful wonderful reasons to join them and, I wouldn't trade them for any Bank in the world... they are the greatest ... Customer service on the phone is the same way they treat you like your friend or, in my case a grandmother.. keep it up mountain America you're doing a great job and, I'm so glad I found you or ,maybe you found me in any case I'm very, thankful .you've helped me out of a lot of bad situations I've been in ,money-wise and ,trusted me thank you.....

I have been with MACU for over 25 years and have loved them. I love the setup online. When there has been fraudulent activity on my credit card they caught it fast and notified me immediately! Their response is amazing. The customer service I have received in multiple locations has been great!
