Woodforest National Bank W I, Grand Prairie

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!! Someone stole a 78 year olds card and wiped out the whole account and they are not wanting to give her money back stating she made the charges herself. 2000 gone in one day the fraud dept did not alert her and they bypassed pin on every charge. Save yourself the trouble and bank with someone else. I have never seen a bank so horrible.

I was told that I was not able to cash one of their check that was made out to me from their customer. Informed me that I would have to contact their customer about the check. Did not give me a valid reason for not cashing their check. So, their customer had leave their house and come up to the bank, only to say “CASH THAT MAN CHECK” then walked away. Then the banker tells me that she is signing her checks differently. According to the bank customer, that’s how she signs all of her checks. But I already know what that was about. (PERSON OF COLOR)

I've been with Woodforest for about 5 years with multiple accounts. I don't know what these people are talking about with their negative reviews. First off it's "second chance banking". But even at that I've NEVER had any charges or anything happen to my account that wasn't explained in the paperwork provided before I opened the account. Long story short, I'm very happy with Woodforest and highly recommend it to everybody.

they value their customers and it shows most banks just talk it but this bank has really shown and expressed at the same time how much they appreciate their customers

I am very critical about people but staff of this Woodforest Branch are all very professional. Ive been doing service with them for at least 7 years and I am very satisfied and Im not planning to go anywhere else.

Do not bank here unless the last bank on earth , better off putting under you mattress , very slow workers at this location.

Some staff are awesome and pleasant; however todays visit showed how lazy people are becoming in the work Industry its pathetic. Really upset on the poor performance of the level of customer service from this branch.

Worst bank ever. My husband and I decided to go with a business purchase September 27, 2018 later to find out it was a scam we've gone into the bank the next day to stop payment on the cashier check with the understanding that we can get the money back. They charge a fee of $35.00 received a letter in the mail October 1, 2018 we will not receive the money back so my question is who gave you the right to make a decision about someone elses money. My advice to you is run from this bank and don't look back. And to the bank board you can kick rocks and may God have mercy on your soul.

My debit card isn’t working, no damage to the card and they wouldn’t replace it for me. I’ve been with Woodforest for over 6 years and I can’t believe the would rather lose me as a customer than just give me a new debit card.
