I have been working with another Mortgage Loan Officer for 20 years and she is retired so I need a new MLO. I first tried with a MLO and it turned out not so good due to lack of communication and expectations were not aligned. Through many reviews and recommendations, I found Don and his team have very good reputation in not only Vietnamese community but also in the DFW region. Since I am a new customer, we communicated the overall process and expectations that I did not have to do before with my former MLO. There were some issues (on my part) that I did not prepare well for the loan application but Don and Tammy really put extra efforts to mitigate the risks and managed to get me the loan in time for closing date.
