My initial point of contact was Kacey Tran who evaluated our situation and recommended using my veterans status and applying for a VA loan. When we switched to Loan Factory, we were super nervous. Only 3 weeks to close, super competitive market, didn't want to loose $3K deposit. Since the first phone call, Ngoc, Ly, Tiffany and Billy's knowledge and experience have earned our trust. We closed in less than 3 weeks.
