Wilson Bank & Trust Andrew Jackson Pkwy, Hermitage

I’ve been with Wilson bank going on 18 years and have made lifelong friends through them as well as many personal contacts. They have been an exceptional bank to bank with with great caring friendly service. I feel well cared for and taken care of. Can’t find that just anywhere.

We have been there for about 10 years, very happy with them. Always friendly and helpful.

Hermitage branch manager has horrible customer service. The bank loaded up on "fees" on my son's account. He is a college student in another state. His mail from the bank comes to our house here in Hermitage. Their stupid statement fee of $5 overdrafted his account and they continued to add $5 everyday until it got to $80+. I just received a letter about the overdraft 2 days ago. When we went in to inquire about what happened yesterday,the fees were at $84. That letter was the only thing I received in the mail about the overdrawn account (which stated it was $44 overdrawn) Anyway, the manager refused to be reasonable. I Paid $47 and closed the account! That money was his grocery money for a week! Suffice it to say, save yourself some trouble and Bank somewhere else. These "fees" should pay for some customer service training for that manager. The tellers were nice but have no authority to really help a customer.

I wouldn’t even give this particular location a one ☝🏿 but I was forced to.. We explained to Mrs. Thaxton who initially set up our account that my husband works a very different schedule that makes him unavailable during business hours so I would have to call for him to handle certain things. This was not a problem until Mrs. Thaxton became involved in my husbands family .. (personal issues ) Now when I call and try to straighten out an issue in our account she says that she’s not able to help me because I’m not the account holder. I don’t understand how I’m able to handle it for a whole year but now that there’s personal conflict she’s able to up and tell me she can’t help. My husband physically made a special trip with me to make sure this was going to be ok so I’m not sure I understand.

My favorite bank since I've been banking. Started banking in 1975.

Was just lookn on the beaches site and I made a review about the nasty attitude of manager last summer. They deleted the review. Manager there couldn't run a taco truck much less a bank.

We love this bank! It has the feel of community, the way banking used to be. They are always very friendly and helpful with anything we ask. We left another large bank after more than a 60-year affiliation because those things were sorely lacking. It was THE best decision we could have made!

Just found out after almost 5 years that Wilson Bank & Trust screwed us on our loan. Went to get our mortgage insurance taken off... Found Wilson has us pay $200 a month for the life of the loan (30 years)

Pretty poor that nobody was wearing masks in the building at the peak of this pandemic and when I tried to conduct my business I was told to come in to which I asked why nobody was wearing masks and she said the people on the other side were wearing masks who I could clearly see behind her were not wearing masks ... when I entered the building everyone kinda looked at me strangely and started to go get their masks to put on... this is a poor poor branch of Wilson bank and trust and has now made me consider other banks since they won’t put the health of their customers first not to mention the lady at a desk looked at me and was like do you need a new card as if they had already screamed across the room that someone who complained about people not wearing masks was coming in it’s a very in welcoming experience and I will not be back
