Wells Fargo Bank Lebanon Pike, Hermitage

I wanted to open a new checking account before the end of this month and get the $200 bonus the bank is offering. I called the Hermitage branch to make the appointment and to ask a question about the process. I spoke with Jay who was nice enough, but it was obvious he couldn't wait to get me off the phone. He said I have to make an appointment online, not by phone, and he couldn't answer my question. He said the branches don't know anything about the offers Wells Fargo advertises online. I've been getting an email most every day for weeks from Wells Fargo Bank trying to get me to open their checking account and get a $200 bonus. But who would want to open any kind of account with a bank that can't help you locally when you need it? Evidently, this bank is too busy to get new customers, so I wonder why they advertise trying to recruit them.

This bank is so slow, it’s insane. Waited in the drive through line for like an hour. They can take like 20 minutes per person. Tell people to come inside if they need extensive attention or have multiple deposits. The KFC next door has a drive through that works circles around you. Let that sink in.

Drive thru is a joke. Customer satisfaction must not be considered at all!!!!

I'm a 20-year customer of Wells Fargo and this Hermitage branch is the worst to deal with customer-service-wise. I've finally had my fill and now debating whether to take my business elsewhere (not easy to do with mortgage and deposit accounts) or more likely just travel farther to another branch.

Wells Fargo is the best bank to bank with! Never had any issues. Get in and out quickly, money is always credited to my account same day or next day at latest. They watch my accounts like a hawk....I have been alerted immediately when somebody tried using my card. Was dealt with efficiently and quickly! Love this bank!

Awful. I went in there to open an account and they couldn't even figure that out. Called several times before I went in and no one answered. Called while I was sitting in the branch and employees continue to goof around instead of answer the phone. I'm sure they'll try to rebuttal with some lies. These big companies always do that. Customer to customer, I would stay away. What a waste of time. All the poor reviews about this place are 100% correct.

Needed a cashier’s check, thanks to Shalletta I was in and out quickly. Very prompt service and extremely friendly!

I would leave zero starts if I could. Stay clear of this bank. I’m out of town and sent my adult son to make a deposit for me. He had all of my account information and he was told he’s not allowed to make a deposit if he’s not on the account. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I’ve made countless deposits into accounts that I wasn’t on with the account number alone. I will be closing my account and finding somewhere else to bank.

The people there are highly rude they did not want to help me so I’m going to another bank to do my business I suggest you find another Wells Fargo or you switch banks because the hermitage branch has rude employees

Johnathan H. was a banker at this location who provided me with excellent customer service after not being able to get through to this location to make an appt over the phone. I had something quick that I needed to take care of and his appts had not arrived yet. The concierge (who was also welcoming) asked if he’d take me and not having to say yes he did anyway. He took the initiative to assist me and did not rush through. Since I work in customer service I thought he deserved a compliment. He is definitely a great asset to this branch!
