Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Had to come to the branch to find out why an online deposit failed. Got a confirmation two weeks ago that my deposit was accepted but my $3k never showed up. No one here mid Friday afternoon! Don’t leave a GD sign on the door saying to just use the app. If an app could take care of my business I’d have saved my time and gas, stayed home and used it. Been with this bank almost two decades but this is the very last straw.

Horrible service, zero stars not an option or would've left that, waited over an hour in line which is typical along with rude tellers.

This facility is absolutely the worse. I have been an account holder for more than 15 years and i have NEVER experienced the service i have with this branch on several occasions. The manager there Fez is cocky and quick to get smart with a customer and totally tries to pull his weight as branch manager. I went in to do a simple transaction on my account and every-time he is rude. He has even attacked the staff that has helped me for years with my account and i am completely unsure why. I miss the days when Management actually cared for the account holders. If it wasn't for the customer support via the 800 number i would have been gone years ago!

This is the only branch open in our area on Saturday. I waited 1/2 hour to cash a check drawn on their bank. I asked others in line, if it's always like that. "Yes". Get's to my turn - driver's license isn't enough ID, you need a credit / debit card, passport, etc. (Why?) Then she says 'it might be an $8 fee' - seriously? Luckily that wasn't the case, my company picks up that fee. BoA needs to either have more tellers in this branch to handle the Saturday traffic or have the other branches open as well. Based on this experience - I would never open an account there and have to deal with that every week.

Extremely long waits, rude tellers, rude manager. Prepare to be spoken to with disrespect. There are several employees that meander around the branch yet don’t seem capable of actually helping out with anything as simple as a cash/check deposit. Since Google requires a single star, I’ll give that for the prime location of the building itself.

This bank is completely dysfunctional. It’s too bad, because it’s a very convenient location, but I only go to the bank for services I can’t do on the app and unfortunately the people who work here are completely useless. I had to wait 30 minutes today because 3 people were helping one older woman just to find out they could not help me 1. Order currency (straight to the bank to avoid a fee) or 2. Open a safety deposit box. These seem like pretty straightforward banking functions that I’ve never had a problem with at Citibank.

Do not come to this location without an appointment. Pushed to the lobby by the only person actually working. The offices sit empty of customers and the tellers behind the counters order their lunch. The poor lady at the front is doing her best to assist the customer she has in front of her, but in doing so is unable to check in the arriving ones. One of the ladies in the cubicle asks what myself and the other two gentlemen are here for, says okay, and takes it upon herself to go to lunch. Branch is badly managed and needs to have a better system in place.

This is literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Besides the fact that I get charged random fees for no reason including random overdraft fees when there's hundreds of dollars in my account and it NEVER goes negative. I assume that because I do so many transactions through my account they think I won't notice. Then I'm constantly having to call and get stuff fixed. Then I'm told their system has a block on OD refunds because they've refunded them before. WTH!? So you can just take people's money with no reason why then can't fix it!? I've transferred money to my savings account in their app and it's magically disappeared. They tell me there's a system error and it transferred the money to a car installment loan account I had through BoA 15 years ago that has no balance and has been long gone! Then it took almost 2 months fighting to get it transferred back. HUNDREDS of dollars. Anytime I go to any of their branches, ESPECIALY this one, you wait in long lines forever just to see a teller. FORGET about seeing a banking agent because they will keep you waiting for hours until you just get tired and leave. They have NO sense of urgency and don't really care to help. They're extremely rude over the phone and act like they could care less if you're a loyal customer or not. They just want your money. This is THE WORST bank EVER. I am closing my accounts today and going back to 53rd. At least they actually care about their customers!

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I waited over 30 minutes to speak with the teller only to be told that I needed to go stand at the front of the bank and wait for someone to come up to me. If you are unlucky enough to already have a Bank of America account do not use this branch.
