Reputation in our online age is everything, and these guys demonstrated why they are rated so high. They replaced my 21 year old roof and gutters, they explained well what the process was to set my expectations. The pricing was up-front, with allowances for what additional might be needed after the old shingles came off. Their communication was great, and the install itself was very fast. VERY pleased with the results. So good I likely won't need to use them again, but you should. Enormous thanks to Paul, Andy, Mike, Jennifer, and the whole Tim Leeper team.

Great service from start to finish. When we decided to replace our roof I received quotes from 4 companies. Not only was Tim Leeper the best value but the follow up was also the best. Tim Leeper Roofing did some repairs on our roof last year, so when we decided to replace our roof this year, we called them. I cannot say enough good things about Tim Leeper. As a first time homeowner, I was frantic after finding some leaks in my roof after some bad rain. Paul at Tim Leeper was assigned my account and took the time to explain where the damage was and a realistic timeline I had left on the life of my roof. Getting a brand new roof is a huge purchase, especially less than two years into owning the home. Paul let me know what could be repaired at the time so that I didn't have to purchase a new roof that day. When it came time to get a new roof, he came back, walked me through everything again and made sure I understood everything. (He even went the extra mile when on my roof and raked some wet leaves off so that I would not have to!) There was a patience he had in explaining what I needed. It was evident he truly cared about his customers and making sure we had a trust in the product and installation. Honestly, it provided a peace when it came time to write the big check!

In July 2020 I contracted Tim Leeper to do roof repairs on a rental home I own in Nolensville, TN. The sales rep said that the shingles would not match perfectly but would be really close in color. The color is not even close! When I called to find out how they could correct this I was told "in the contract it states it would not match" I contacted a project manager with Tim Leeper and he looked at the file they have on the repairs and agreed "those really don't match, let me see what I can do" I heard nothing back. I texted the project manager twice before I received a call back several days later. He said "well in the contract we said it wouldn't match and you could have a roof washer see if they could get the color closer. We don't do that." I mentioned maybe I need to contact the BBB to which he replied "oh, um let me check with the DM I'll have him contact you ASAP." That was Sept 9th today is the 25th. I have yet to hear from them. Totally unacceptable for a company that claims to have such high ratings. If you notice in one of the pictures there is a single tab replaced. Tim Leeper never sent off an old shingle to be tested for color and never sent me sample color shingles to choose from. Never mentioned that the roof repairs caused by tree damage might have been an insurance claim. These are all things that were asked if they were done by another roofing company I called for advise. Since your response below... still waiting on your call.

Tim Leeper Roofing installed a new roof for Victory Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. They were professional and very attentive to every detail. They drove a truck on an area of concrete that broke. They were prompt in making us aware of the broken piece of concrete, then hired a contractor to promptly come and pour a new slab at their expense. The roof looks great, and the staff we worked with was professional, and treated us with great respect. The really impressive part of the project was that Tim Leeper himself was on the project numerous times checking the quality of the install. I would recommend Tim Leeper Roofing to anyone that asked.

This was the second time we used Tim Leeper Roofing. Again, everyone was awesome from the first phone call through the repair.Both techs said to call them any time, making sure we had their numbers.Before and after pictures were sent to my phone. Tim also assured us the roof is still in good shape. Absolutely professional, friendly, respectful, etc. etc. etc. A 5 should be a 10+. We will keep using them for sure!!

Have used Scott and Tim Leeper roofing several times for repairs. Great company! They are very knowledgable about roof repairs and storm damage. These guys are honest and trustworthy. They will not try and sell you on items and replacements you don't need.

Great sales person had four roofing quotes all wanted to claim with my insurance but the roof was just old and it was a self pay. Tim Leeper’s sales person came to my home to measure my roof, not the aerial measurements. The sales person sat down with me gave me three different prices. Cheapest roof cheaper roof and premium roof an explained the difference between the three and the warranty. He also gave me a booklet to choose the color of my shingles. No other company did this which is why I choose to go with them. There was also no pressure on which roof I should choose. I choose the premium roof paid my half down within the week they scheduled a date and were in contact in case of rain delays. The crew they sent out were a little late getting to me but the gave me a call to let me know which I appreciated communication goes a long way. All in all I am very happy with my roof and the service! The price was reasonable as well one quote I got for the cheapest roof was $500 more than the premium I got from Tim Leeper.

Tim Leeper Roofing's team provided excellent service which began with a roof inspection. It was determined that the roof shingles were in fact aged. The installation timing was setup and their team (10 in total) were on time and very efficient in the old roof removal and the new installation. The installation also included new ridge vents. After the installation was completed their lead manager came out to insure everything was completed to our satisfaction. They provided a 20 year workmanship warranty. We are very satisfied with their service and would recommend you check them out if you need roofing repair/replacement.

Unbelievable service and support. We had a leak in our ceiling just after the recent monsoon storm. Noticed it Sunday morning while drinking coffee. Had just purchased the home. We knew there was a new roof and our realtor contacted the previous owner to check on the paperwork. Previous owner contacted Tim Leeper who had been involved in the roofing repair (from previous storm). We were quickly contacted by Houston from Tim Leeper and he was over inspecting things immediately. There wasn’t an obvious source, but we did find a small nail hole that might have been the culprit. He sealed it immediately and came back with a full crew to complete a comprehensive repair soon after. Never asked for a dime (actually wouldn’t accept anything). As far as I can tell the issue wasn’t even in an area they had worked on!

Short Story: I am blown away by the excellence and kindness I experienced from this company today. Do yourself a favor and make the call. Long Story: I got in my roof today to trim back a few tree limbs. I found squirrel size hole in my roof. I started calling companies and referrals friends suggested, I was freaking out a bit because I’m taking my family out of town for a bit tomorrow. Less than an hour later I get a call back from Leeper Roofing. This is the good part... Houston gets a call from Houston. Before you know I’m on my roof with a guy who shares my name and he’s patching the hole and giving me the run down on my options and literally never assumes that his company will be the one doing the work. By the time he leaves I’ve got a great handle on what I need to do next no matter who does the job. Did I mention he didn’t charge me a dime to come climb on my roof and help me patch the hole!? I remain in a state of disbelief at the quality of service I received today. The amount of gratitude I have for Houston Jones today is boundless! We recently had our roof & gutters replaced by Tim Leeper Roofing. From our salesman, Jason, to the gutter installer, David - we had nothing but good experiences. When we were told it would only be 2/3 days, we were skeptical. We do not have a small roof. It was exactly 3 days. The roofing crew was amazing. It was clear this was a team that was experienced and did not waste time. The gutter crew was the same. Everyone we encountered was friendly and very professional. Our roof and gutters look amazing. While we are good with only doing that once every 20 years, we would certainly use Tim Leeper Roofing again.

I’ve Have used Tim Leeper Roofing on 2 different homes I owned. I can’t say enough about the fantastic communication they have and the quality they provide. Each job such as mine comes with a full crew and on site project manger. If there’s a 40% chance of rain they won’t work unless you have water leaking in. All of your landscaping and other things that could be damaged is covered each day. Plants are uncovered at the end of work day. If I have a concern they are on it. Their warranty is incredible. They use magnets to remove nails that possibly fell on your driveway and in your landscaping. If the on-site Proj manager can’t be there they send another one. I’ve been in construction for 36yrs and never saw a roofing company like Leeper Roofing. I had hail damage and a large foot print. They removed the old and replaced with the new in 3 days. I cannot say enough great things about Tim Leeper Roofing. We had leaking issues due to a faulty window installation, and also major hail damage on our roof. Throughout the process, our insurance carrier was horrible & our window installer was mediocre at best. But Brendan at Tim Leeper was honest, reliable, responsive, and honestly the calm I needed in a very stressful situation. Our new roof looks great, and when a question came up as to whether the window company or Tim Leeper should fix slight damage to our siding (with both companies working in the same area, we weren't sure who damaged what), Tim Leeper's team stepped in without us even requesting it and fixed the damage. I will now recommend Tim Leeper Roofing to anyone who will listen to me!

Tim Leeper Roofing did a repair of an ice dam last year after the ice storms in the area. The repair worked well even through the fairly violent storms and heavy rain of the summer, but we noted wet drywall in an upstairs room in the same place after the snow and ice from this year. I contacted Tim Leeper Roofing and Cody specifically managed our warranty repair. He was on it immediately, they made the needed repair that was not obvious during the first work, and then sent a team in to repair the drywall and paint. Everyone was expeditious and professional. They stood behind their warranty just as it should be with no questions asked. Many thanks to Cody and Tim Leeper Roofing and we highly recommend them.

Scott came to our home. He was on time, he inspected our roof for ventilation and discovered the roof was encapsulated. He advised us not to install a fan as it may cause damage from mold. He could easily have recommended a fan to gain business, however integrity and what is best for homeowner prevailed. We recommend Scott highly. Thank you!

We have been talking about having to replace our aging roof on our house, not sure where to start. Their team was very professional, timely, and reached out to us regularly to keep us informed on product delivery and installation scheduling. I must say, the installation crew who worked on our roof were awesome workers! Tim Leeper roofing was fantastic. Had an issue requiring repairs. They responded timely to inspect and repair. Communication was great. I felt comfortable with the people who showed up to do the work. They provided pictures to show the extent of the problem and their thorough repair. Cost was less than I had feared it might be. I am pleased to say that Tim Leeper Roofing IS THE BEST contractor I've ever dealt with in all 28 years!!! Unbelievably good in fact. The attention to even small details was impressive both to me and to my neighbors who not only noticed but were very complementary as well. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Beware that Barrett was the worst contractor I've ever hired in 28 years. I can't believe they are still in business. Tim Leeper Roofing has taken great care of us and our building after a tree fell on it. The Leeper folks covered the area until they were able to repair it. After a thorough inspection of the damage they repaired roof and replaced the gutters, assisted with Insurance Co too! And, my neighbor just mentioned what a great job they did for him! I got 4 or 5 quotes (in person.) I settled on Tim Leeper Roofing. I convinced I made the ideal choice to say the least. I would recommend to everyone. Paul was their sales representative and Damon their on sight overseer. Workers were super and actually needed very little if any supervision.

I have a very pleasant experience with Tim Leeper Roofing. The initial evaluation was thorough and professional. They did not try to sell me products I did not want and did not overcharge me for the service. I had a small leak in the roof repaired. I had another issue which they referred me to a contractor for but that is what I loved. They told me up front it was not their area and did not try to do a job they might not be able to. The day of the repair a very nice gentleman came to do the work. He was alone but was very pleasant and had a big smile on his face. he was quick and quiet and did a great job. You can hardly tell the room was even damaged now. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them in the future for sure. Fast billing and a great website. It's the real deal folks.

Tim is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, respectful, and honest. His crew is the same way. Our roof gets more compliments! It makes our house look amazing & our neighbors are jealous! When the crew left our house, they cleaned up every nail and shingle from the removal before they put our metal roof on. It was like they were never here. I hear so many stories of roofing nails left in driveways and popped tires after a new roof goes on, but they truly spent time on trying to remove them all. That’s very appreciated! I needed an emergency repair to my roof, and Tim Leeper Roofing answered my request immediately and was so helpful in their response.
