Nice clean store with a good variety of jewelry, instruments, electronics, guns, and tools among other miscelaneous. The staff was polite and helpful. They gave me a great deal on some recording equipment. This place is worth the stop. You never know what you may find.

I have been coming to this Pawn shop for 5 years now. I stopped coming because the last manager always seemed sketchy(in drugs or something). I am a counselor so, I am pretty good at reading people. I stopped coming right before last Christmas. And honestly, I really missed coming in this pawn shop, so I took a chance a few weeks ago and stopped by. I met Dani, the new GM, and I absolutely adore this lady!! I've here now, 4 times, and she is always smiling and so happy!!!!! She is also very knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know the answer she will not BS you. I had asked about a guitar and she immediately got assistance. Pierre was also a sweetie!!!

Came in in search of a nice piece of jewelry for my sister’s birthday and Taylor was the best in assisting me. He was very patient and answered each and every question I had with great knowledge. I believed he wanted me to find the perfect gift for my sister just as much as I did. 10/10 will be back, especially if Taylor is working that day.

Taylor is the guy to go see My experience with this guy has always been very professional and gives me the most money for my products. He is very knowledgeable about the items you bring in and knows how to work with you and is very willing to help. Give that man a raise cause you dont have good experiences or high expectations from a pawn shop. He knows customer service.

I came in and had absolutely no idea what i was doing in a pawn shop or what i was looking for. The moment i stepped in the place looked put together, everyone greeted me and i got the BEST help from taylor! He helped me pawn some jewelry i no longer needed but the service was amazing!

My experience with colby has always been great. He always makes sure i get the most money as possible for anything i bring in and even comes to my truck to carry it in for me. He is a prime example of what customer service is. I definitely recommend going an seeing him.

Benji HOOKED ME UP on a compressor and several tools for less than half the cost at any store. Serious deal. Took the time to check out the specs on the different options here with me and the stuff I got looks practically new. Love this place!

Guy at front counter might just be the rudest person I have ever encountered in a pawn shop and that is saying a lot. After calling this guy out for being disrespectful to me, I get told by him that respect is earned and not given. Apparently being a returning customer is not enough earn his respect and be talked to in a respectful manner. I expected the manager Patrick to handle this problem but said nothing to his employee who shouted at me all the while I was trying to have a discussion with his boss. I have bought a few guitars there in the past but won't be buying anything there ever again.

Kobe is excellent and exceeds all expectations in his role as pawn store employee. He always has a positive attitude. He adapts easily to rapid change in the shop and works well under pressure and with other team member. He is detail-oriented and completes tasks in a timely manner. Overall he’s great salesman of them all at Music City Pawn in Hermitage!!!

I came in just looking around and was interested in a soundbar. I found some help from Taylor. He was very knowledgeable about which brands were the most reliable even if they were used. He seemed very earnest and sincere in his approach. I’d recommend this pawn shop just off the strength of him. If everyone else is operates anything like my experience this might be the best pawn shop in the city.

Started shopping this pawn shop a month ago, all the staff are always courteous, respectful and friendly. That is unique to pawn shops but they seem to always have the tool I am looking for, and for a few bucks cheaper than I would otherwise expect. They have a wide variety of merchandise but I buy tools here and when shopping a used tool, this is now my first place to look.

Bought a great At sight for an amazing price! Staff was very nice and helpful. Didn't even ask for a discount and they told me the best price they could do right away. This was awesome because I would have been happy paying for the list price. Great pawnshop!!

The employees (excluding manager with fancy mustache) are pretty cool people; honest, always decently friendly, & they really try to pay you as much as possible when you're pawning an item. Now-- that fancy mustache manager is an entirely different story. He low balls EVERYTHING, bases his offer off of the LOWEST sale price on eBay, barely wants to give you sh*t; & God forbid you're pawning an item that is already out for sale-- you'll barely get sh*t, if not all. Example: On one occasion, I took in a expensive humidifier/dehumidifier air purifier that was in great, barely/rarely used condition. Brand new, the price ranges from $200-$250-- he refused to take it; told me the ONLY way he would accept is if it was brand new in the unopened box; & then he would only offer $30. His reasoning? He had already had one for sale. I had expressed to him that at that moment I would accept ANY offer, even said just $5.. I was extremely desperate; he still refused to pawn it. You'd think ANYONE would do it for that.. Especially considering I'm a regular customer on both sides of the business, I pawn & purchase frequently simply because it's the closest pawn shop to me. In conclusion, if you are needing to pawn something & want the best bang for your buck, I honestly suggest going elsewhere. I'd like to say I won't be back.. but in all reality due to the conscience of distance, I will be lol.
