Truist Old Hickory Blvd, Hermitage

Great staff easy to use mobile app now, but still one of the worse ATMs ever, it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll accept my cash, I have a business account here, and it won’t accept cash 50% of the time which is a huge issue. Update: 5 days ATMs don’t work properly in hermitage nor donelson, regret moving to this bank Changing my last review, ever since Truist moved in, loads better and I’m way happier now, NOW they’re worth a shot

I have been banking with SunTrust for many years and this branch is the absolute worst. Not necessarily the employees but the ATM. Over the last 4 years the ATM works maybe 50% of the time for withdrawals and worse for deposits. Unfortunately it is the closest one to me but most of the time I need to travel to Donelson or Mount Juliet to use their ATM instead. Today we went to make a deposit and it was not an option, only withdraw or transfer. My wife called the bank and was told that there is a system-wide outage affecting deposits only. We drive to Donelson and guess what we make a deposit in the ATM. We were flat-out lied to and really do not appreciate it. I believe if they replace their ATM with a new machine like we were told they were going to do about 2 years ago I can give this Branch a better rating. Just letting out my frustrations with this branch

Sergio is amazing and I always try to get in his line. I will say that the new counter design inside is way too exposed. The customers in line behind can see and hear everything that is going on which I felt very unsafe when cashing a check. I will not be going inside anymore for anything and will actually go to another branch due to the unsafe feeling the new renovations have caused.

This branch of Suntrust is unfortunately one of the slowest ones I have ever visited! Everytime I go through the drive through it takes between 8-10 minutes for them to acknowledge that I sent a request. This is unacceptable! They either need to be better staffed or better trained.

Google lies. They claim this SunTrust is open until 4. I got there at 2pm, and they were closed, on a regular Tuesday.

I need to cash a check and they close the lobby 30 mins early, refuse to serve me in the drive thru because I don't have an account here. This branch is terrible.

Terrible customer service! Had never ending problems with these guys! Additionally the drive through always takes forever!

Sorry I had to give one star, this bank is awful. I can't deposit checks after hours in the atm's 90% of the time, at any branch. Trying to find a Suntrust is hard, they are closing branches at an alarming rate. If you do find one, it is placed at the most impossible spots to get into or out of, due to being at main traffic lights. My account was compromised and I didn't get a text, e-mail or phone call, a corporate manager had to tell me a loophole to get through the automated phone prompts to report it. One positive, the employees are always very nice.😑

Sergio hands down always gives me the best customer service, he always offers me additional products that keep me curious, such a wonderful young man that’s seems passionate about what he does, i drive 20 mins just for him to handle my transactions. if you use this branch ask for him!

The staff here is the absolute best, especially the front tellers! Haley! Becky! Sergio! Destiny! Would recommend to anyone.
