I refinanced my little home to make some well deserved improvements and I would give William Brady at PRMG more stars if they were available for making it happen. The loan process was so easy from beginning to end. Communication was on point. I worked with Zack Flaherty to buy my first home. All I can say is this man needs a promotion and a raise! Lol I've been trying to buy for years now and was always told I couldn't qualify. Zack looked at my info and said we could make it happen. Now I'm a home owner! He and his team absolutely did an incredible job. William Brady’s office is about 400 miles from where we live, but when my sister told me about the great rate he got her on her refi, I gave him a call. I figured that these days most of a refi could be handled by phone and email, and William made it easy. He got us a better rate than I had been able to find, and saved us a lot in closing costs. Plus, he was always available whenever I needed to ask a question. We are currently in the process of refinancing our daughter’s townhouse that we helped her buy last year, and I know that he will do as good a job on that refi as he did on ours. I would recommend William to anyone who needs mortgage financing.
