The absolute rudest people in the world. Watch out. They sold me a supposedly 14 karat ring and when I had it checked it was only 10k. Watch out for them the most dishonest people in the world. I pawned jewelry and my scooter. They damaged my scooter by joyriding it in the parking lot and wrecked it. They replaced the arm but really it was brand new and they aren’t supposed to do that. They need to be shut down! Plus it seems kind of shady I paid them over $800.00 in cash and they didn’t even give me a a receipt. What businesses doesn’t give out receipts? the only ones I know of that don’t give receipts are illegal businesses or ones that are evading the IRS or don’t have a business permit or license, or they that is shady and corrupt! And I asked for a receipt he refused to give me one. There were 2 men there and I asked if he could B assist bring my chair spray and he refused. I had to go to farmers and the nicest young man gave me a big hug and helped me. God bless that young man. They need to fire the rip raf they have in that store because they are losing my business due to his rudeness and dishonesty. Seriously watch out for ur gold. They will say it’s 14 and when u have it checked out it will be 10.

For all the bad reviews you guys are bullshitting.... my husband just went there today to pawn his PS4 with his two controllers and Madden game and got the money we need it .... and they were so nice to him and professional .. they have great customer service .. I definitely recommend this pawnshop

Completely low balled me for a diamond gold earring I didn’t expect much I understand they have to profit but 5$ for a 100$ earring is just greedy. I just kept it.

I just got a quote for my gold coin. They offered me $15-$30 for my 1915 Indian Head $2.5 dollar gold piece. It weighs 4.2 grams of 22k gold. Scrap value alone is over $160. They even were straight faced. So I'm headed to Cash4Gold. I hear they will pay over 5 times this offer!

I tried to cash in silver bars and he told me he would have to test them to see if they were real. I told him I’m ok with that, He then said I wouldn't be ok with it because of the testing process, I said that’s fine with me still. Still insisted I wouldn’t be ok with it. No knowledge of precious metals. Doesn’t use SPOT price to value metals. Go to a REAL gold/silver dealer, they value your metals.

Called ahead of time to see if they had what i needed, not only did they have it but it was in excellent brand new condition and they even let ma haggle them down a bit. I would definitely visit this shop again.

Everytime I goto this place, the man who works there is always in a bad mood and always gives me an attitude when I try and ask to pawn something whenever it doesn’t work out. Not my fault I don’t know if my stuff will get pawned or not. No reason to be unpleasant and rude. This is not even the greatest pawn shop in Hesperia so, please don’t waste your time here.

This place is a rip-off they were trying to make me pay a diferent amount from what my tickets had,they though I lost my tickets and wanted to take advantage ,.gladly I found them and they couldn't take the money they wanted.
