The Mexican lady was very rude to multiple people in line in front of me . Sent away multiple customers. There’s a sign on the window that says they cash ALL TYPES of checks so I stopped waited in a long line for her to say with a smirk oh we don’t cash these . WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Joann was such an amazing person and was vary helpful. She not only made my day but my week as well. A Thank you is not enough.

The mexican lady that works there is so lazy and rude. We have had so many problems that has resulted from her not being helpful at all. She cops the worst attitude every time I or my husband goes in there. I NEVER write bad reviews but because of her I took time out to write this. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I walked in and the worker forced me to let another person that wasn’t ready go in front of me, I already handed her my check.

Online it says they purchase gift cards went in to incrier and the lady was very rude and tolde they don't they should update there changes.

Saturday, 5 May, I went to USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance 14876 Bear Valley Rd, Victorville. there was a long line, there were 2 female employees in the front counter and a male employee inside the cash cage, name Marvin. He embarrassed the other female employee in front of the customers. He told her that she needed to leave to take her break but the female employee was concerned because there was a long line and she did not want to leave her coworker by herself and she wanted to continue to assist the customers, but Marvin continued to raise his voice and continue to talked down to her as if she was doing something wrong by trying to help her coworker and the customers. I just think it was unprofessional and unnecessary for him to be acting like that. I felt bad for the female employee. Why couldn't him assist then.

I was not informed of the 6% Fee associated with cashing a Money gram Money order until they had already processed it and were handing me the money. When I asked about the fee she very rudely said they treat Money orders the same as cashing a check, and that since they already processed it i would have trouble cashing the money orders somewhere else. I said shouldn't that be something you tell a customer BEFORE you cash a money order there? She was again very rude with her reply of you want the money or not.. So I was basically trapped into over 60$ fee for a cashing a thousand dollar money order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ZERO HOSPITALITY, NOT EVEN A SORRY. I feel like I got scammed and there was no way out because they already processed it. Lesson learned

The website says you cash ANY check. This is NOT true. I brought a personal check in to your store to cash it and was told you don’t cash them any longer. Please edit your website to reflect these changes so that people don’t waste their time and gas driving to your store. Thank you
