I love being invisible. Nobody says hi, good afternoon, we'll be with you shortly or anything. A office full of staff, only one customer at the counter. Not one acknowledgement of my existence. I really wanted to use their services because they're close to my job...But I work too hard to give my money to a company like this.

I have had it with this company!!!! I went in for the tags and the first lady told me I needed a confirmation number. So I acquired it and went back. The Same lady then told me I didn't need it and gave me an attitude. I took my papers and walked.. Another employee tried to charge me $5 inorder for her to use the computer!? Ummm no How this place is still going I don't know! All of the employees have a massive attitude. I will no longer be going there.

Horrible constumer service, first off there were two lady's behind the glass and they were rude and lazy. I filled out my slip and continued to watch this lady eat her food while I waited for 5 mins. Beside that fact the same lady who was to busy eating to help me tried to short me 10$ bucks, and when I said something her and her coworker gave me a dirty look and treated me as if I was in the wrong when I was not. I will be calling corporate in hope that nobody has to feel belittled or ripped off.

Great place to get all your things taken care of. Fast and friendly staff, you can get a loan at one window than go to the next window and pay your bills.

My mom when did a money gram transaction the girl in the cage name Diana was very rude we told her to send to bank she send the money to stores when my mom told her to change it she said she could not do it that we needed to call money gram that it was all my moms fall my mom said she did not speak English if she can please help her and this girl said no she said that my mom was ignorant and that she couldn't do anything I called money gram for my mom and the agent said that the USA checks cashed employee needed to call and Diana keep saying that that was not her job if she really don't have customers service why is she employed in a job were its required

Rudest staff of any organization ever! No hello hi or anything, and the staff at the DMV coy her never know what the he'll they are doing. Personal recommendation: if you have around four hours to kill, just go to DMV.

Turned me down my boss doesn't have time to have an office at a separate location other than his house. I kind of find that discriminating because 75% of small businesses construction businesses like my bosses are ran out of their house and out of their cars cuz they're always on the go my boss has been in business for 35 years and has multi million dollar contracts, what makes me so different then the people working for McDonalds aren't we all the same as long as we're bringing home paychecks

Lazzy employees. 3 "girls" just chit chat. And having snacks. Having several costumers just waiting. They don't like their work !!... Shame on the manager.! !! All i ask for them is do their work. Im Not asking for favor

Nice customer service. It’s a convenient place to go to.. I got my car registered and did a money order in one trip.

If you change your hours update it online so people know when you close !
