Oportun Mariposa Rd, Victorville

This place has friendly representatives however refused to give me a loan because they wanted one specific document I could not get. I had all the proof they needed but was refused because of 1stinking document. I had everything needed but 1 thing and everything was provided for but because 1 letter I couldn't find they denied me. Their rules are too rigid and it's like why offer a loan to someone when it's so hard to with their rules to provide certain documentation. I already have a loan with them and they are the ones that invited me to reapply for another one. Lol. Ridiculous. Won't be using them again.

Today I came Into Oportun in Victorville and Margarita was very helpful! She gave us amazing service and she was very good looking! Hope to see her soon and apply myself for a loan. Great job!

I got two loans for $500 from oportun and faithfully paid one for 8 months and the second loan and paid it for 3 months straight but paid it all up front the next following month and after awhile went back to get another loan and got denied?...after that I kept receiving letters of another loan approval and when I applied by phone I got denied 🚫and again another dam letter from the CEO that i got approved for another loan so I did the process again and lo and behold denied 🚫again...screw them!...I got a better loan from Advance America even if I have to pay it all back the following month and I was still able to get another small loan with no deceitful lies and a credit score effect. Its worse calling oportun by phone as it going into the loan place and I even shredded their useless debit card as well! 😡👎

On my second loan with them. Easy payments easy process. Just sometimes when talking to thier operators they don't speak English well. So understandimg everything gets difficult. But all and all good company.

Both girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a loan.

I went in out of curiosity and left extremely happy with my experience. I’ve been very hesitant on getting a loan, but Briseida was super nice and incredibly helpful with explaining the process to me. I’m definitely looking forward to going back to her!

I come here to get a loan and didnt even go in to the place. The ladies there were literally laughing and laughing and laughing loud and annoying af. Which is ok to laugh of course, BUT, not when you have a full line of people in front of you. They literally had no professionalism at all. I dont know how I feel about getting a loan from an unprofessional place like this. Maybe they are the best but idk, you can tell all the rest of the people in line where annoyed as well. How are you gonna be laughing and laughing while you have 15 people in line. I then pictured my self waiting in line also. I noped tf outta there. Sorry ladies.

This place is stupid I currently have a loan with them and I'm one payment alway from paying and I get a phone call from them like 3 times and i answer and they said that i got approve for a bigger loan but my phone cut off so I called the next day told them that i got a call from them and regarding a new loan once I'm done with my current one and they got all my info and stuff and at the end they said we are sorry but we couldn't approve u for a new loan and i was like then why are u guys calling 5 6 times a day and when I answer u guys say that u have good news for me and that i got approve for a new loan??? And the guy said Idk,. well for me. I dont really need a loan so I wont be re loaning at least not with this guys.

I Had an awesome experience Margarita helped me and she was amazing and very very very helpful I will definitely be recommending friends and family to her!
