U.S. Bank Branch Main St, Hesperia

ATM is not working again( 4th of July of all days). Stop making excuses. No one has done anything to address this issue. Stop trying to fix and replace! Management at this bank needs to throw in the towel as it seems they just gave up. I know this issue has been brought up my multiple people in our community.

The tellers are nice. The bank is close during all thats going on and atm never works. Atm is ether not work, out of money or cant deposit money. Everytime I go its always somthing wrong with the atm. All the different charges are bad. Got charged $20 for a wire transfer.

I went in with question about process time to cash check for ATM. I show teller Shannon the check while she's answering my question she just assumed to deposit my check. Without asking- I addressed her about it she became very catty about it. Im just trying to cash a check through ATM and she gives me an attitude about my expired license which is why I went in to ask. Duchess daughter Now my check money only cleared $200 while on hold for the remaining balance. Exactly what I didn't want. . Thanks narcissistic teller. Your service was terrible display of disrespect and self entitlement. Time to switch banks.

Understaffed on Saturdays or maybe I'm just lucky to visit when they are on break. Cashing a US Bank check from another US Bank account still seems slow and cumbersome. Staff is friendly but rather use the branch over by Kmart.

If you decide to go to this bank do not go to ABIGAIL L. She has a very loud mouth and will let the whole bank know what you are there for by practically yelling your circumstance. And she will restrict what you can and can't do. Absolutely horrible service at this branch.

Why is nobody doing anything about the issues this bank has (poor leadership, rude staff, & BROKEN ATM). These issues have been ongoing for some time now and nothing has changed. This property has a very bad reputation and is making the US bank name look bad. Staff doesn’t care but I would think corporate would care and get involved at some point.

There are 2 young ladies in this bank that are exceptional. Shannon and Sarah. They are always professional, punctual and courteous. Now as for the manager Candace? Very unprofessional. The definitely need a new manager. The manager didn't even acknowledge me. I was waiting in line right in front of her. She didn't say someone will be with you shortly. Or I'm sorry I'm closed right now! Like I stated..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Bankers and polite and friendly and do the best they can. I don't know where or in what kind of mood the people with the bad reviews go to. Not sure they bank here...

I came in to cash a check from my employer for the first time at this location and the banker was telling me that check looked fake and started interrogating with a condescending tone. I felt like I was being accused for something I did wrong. Never banking here again.

I love this one, particularly Marcela, recently she helped me again timely.
