Awesome Dealership! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Paul and Kate were the absolute best to work with. They made the experience easy and comfortable. No pushy salesman or sketchy tactics, just genuine people that are there to accommodate your vehicle needs. Paul was absolutely great and very communicative throughout the whole process as I least a truck to someone else he found one that came in that was much better than the one I lost. He worked out great pricing for me and was very transparent. This man needs a raise along with Scott in the business part and Russ in the financial office. These are great guys. We bought our third auto from Westgate Imports this week. Our first two purchases were in 2019. We had such a great experience in 2019, that when one of those cars was totaled in a wreck, we went back to Westgate Imports to purchase another one. After doing our research on line and narrowing down potential autos with help from the folks at Westgate Imports, we got a good deal on a very low mileage 2007 truck. Any issues we found during our inspection/test drive were addressed. The pricing was fair, the service was great, and we left knowing we got a good deal. Highly recommend them.

All of the staff was very helpful. They asked me what I was looking for and showed me 5 or 6 vehicles in my price range. There was no pressure to buy and my favorite no pressure to buy a warranty. Great experience!

What a disaster!!!! Tried calling finance company dozens of times to pay off my car and they had no record of me having a loan with them. Called Westgate multiple times and they dropped the ball each and every time. Broken promise after broken promise. Ended up returning car and getting my trade-in back, but not without any damage. My rear bumper had lots of scratches and rubbing marks from another vehicle hitting it. Wasted so much of my time going out of my way to get it right. Still waiting on a check for those damages. I will NEVER go back. Auction Direct is the place to go hands down. They will treat you right! Ask for Tim Cooper! He will be honest and up front from the start.

I was looking into the 2010 Genesis Coupe and on my test drive I went on the highway which let me hear wind coming into the car from the passenger door since they’ve done previous work. Then I went to a shop nearby and had them lift the car so I can see underneath it and the rack and pinion was leaking so I snapped pictures. I got back from the test drive and was told they couldn’t lower the price so I said ok and checked on my approval to consider in my trade. I had gotten approved for 13K which was not bad since I was using my trade as a down payment but I held off to see if they could fix any of the issues and come to find out that I supposedly wasn’t approved since now they know there’s something wrong and customers will try to use what they know and then they insisted that the only way I’d get the rack fixed was if I put 5K down payment so they’re trying to sell a car without people knowing what’s wrong and no accidents but I was told by Ali that it was in a wreck that whipped the side. So idk what kind of business they’re running here but it’s sketchy

They helped us get a great car! The staff were all helpful and friendly. After our visit to test drive, they did call to follow up, but were not too pushy. They did request us to come in before the last day of the month, which was out of the way for us, but it worked out in the end. We mostly worked with the manager Sam, he was helpful and easy to talk to. He did not push us to buy a warranty.

Had a great experience. We were buying a new used car and had a budget that couldn't budge lol. Told salesperson have me a list of what the had in my range so went on treasure hunt, it was nice to me to not have a sales person all in my face. Regardless found nothing we liked but the sevice was wonderful accommodating, nice staff....wheelchair accessible, unisex restroom, free water, free parking. Nice,clean looking selection of cars, mini vans, SVU, etc...jusr not our price range 😆

I was very much interested in their E60 M5 tried my best to work with the salesman since CarGurus showed the car to be 9k over market value but they were totally unwilling to drop in price. Now 6 months later price has begun to steadily drop lol well all I can say great things come to those who wait found an 08 E60 M5 well under 65k miles from Leith Dodge on Capital Blvd for $18,975.00 fully loaded extended leather package heated steering wheel, heated front, back seats, rear shades, Eisenmann Exhaust and the list goes on plus all service records but the best part back in 2008 the car was demo by NASCAR racer Dale Earnhardt Jr even has his signature in the rear trunk lid now that's just bad ass.

I originally went to Westgate looking to trade my truck in for an SUV. The sales experience was great, I was not hassled by any salespeople, and was invited to look around by myself and then ask questions if i wanted to. When I found my the car I was looking for they offered me a very generous trade in value on my truck. I ended up with a very nice Jeep Commander. When I went back two weeks later because the door handles inside of the vehicle were malfunctioning, Justin the sales manager immediately offered to take care of it for me. I have had some issues with the Jeep since I have bought it, none of which were the dealers fault, and I knew I might run into when buying the Jeep. The service department and body shop is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly. They do not do any work without contacting me and explaining to me exactly what it is and how much it will cost. Most of the time they tell me a certain price and when I go to pick my vehicle up it is cheaper than what they said. I had some front end body work done to my Commander and six months later it still looks wonderful. We have six vehicles in my family: three Jeeps, a Saab, a Toyota, and a Nissan- and they do wonderful work on everyone. I could go on and on about how easy it is to deal with Westgate Imports. I would much rather deal with Westgate Pre-owned and their service department then the Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for two new cars because we have a baby on the way. He specifically wanted something with four doors that he could play with and make fast (lol), and I just needed something nice and newer for the baby. While looking for myself a car on their website, I found a car that was one of the two he absolutely wanted (had just come in the same day I found it!). We went up to this dealership on a Sunday and after test driving, we were able to sign papers for two cars and leave with them the same day! Had a great experience. The cars are nice and taken care of and the dealership even got them recleaned and waxed for us before we left. Devin and Stephen helped us. Great service! Would recommend.

I came in yesterday an hour before they closed. I was shown the Jeep I was looking at and knew I wanted it as soon as I got behind the wheel. Paul was able to get a deal settled within the hour and was able to make my monthly payments lower than anticipated, but unfortunately we weren’t able to finish the paper work in time. Paul let me take the Jeep home regardless and had me come back the next day! What a wonderful salesman, straight to the point, super friendly, and very helpful. We were looking for our teen daughter's first car. STOP HERE FOR AN OVER PRICED LEMON Immediately no! We went to buy a car day. You could tell the car had hail damage and was in a wreck but they played it off like what no we would know kind of thing. They wanted to over price our trade in and throw the rest of that into fees that made no sense. The maintenance guy said nobody has inspected the car yet the dealer said they did?? So how does that work?? Nobody helped us for the longest time so we wandered the lot. Nobody explained anything when I asked and dodged all of my questions. We went to CarMax and they said to never buy from there. All they sell is lemons or lie about their cars. I got shady vibes 2 minutes of being in that place.

My husband and I came in thinking we probably had no chance in getting a car. Paul worked his magic, and made it happen!! We are so grateful for all his help and attention! We will definitely come back for future purchases! Kate was amazing she was Great In answering my question and keeping the surprise my husband had for me! This might go down as the smoothest buying experience I've ever had! Bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier for a great price and they took care of everything! Paul is a hell of a guy! All questions answered and then some.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Paul, Kate, and the crew! I got exactly the car I wanted and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would not hesitate to return when I need another car or encourage others to buy here as well!

Paul is a great guy definitely will get you into the car you want. Worked on getting me approved for awhile. My issue is the lack of “care” they give after you buy the car. (I haven’t even made my 1st payment). Long story short I literally COULD’VE DIED. The hood latch failed going 60+mph down the highway, 3 weeks after getting it. Hood is mangled, windshield destroyed, fender and roof have damages. Luckily my insurance will handle damages but I contacted dealership first, and the urgency they displayed to help me in anyway was zero to none. Here we are over a week later and “none of the dealerships” even have a loaner to give me. Not to mention the run around they have been giving me on replacing my trunk AND servicing my keyless start system or even putting a engine cover on my car. Which if they would’ve done any of those 3 things prior to my hood latch failing, I feel they would’ve caught the latch issue before hand.

Awesome experience with Paul. Was pulling all the strings and making sure we were on the right track. Awesome team and customer service. Highly recommend 10/10. Left with the perfect car.

The process was challenging, it took almost a month to get financing set up. Additionally, I purchased the car in March, they did not begin the process of transferring my tags until May. This company needs to work on their communication as a whole.

We spoke with someone via email about a car. They told me it wasn’t ready yet. I asked when it would be since we were going to be in Raleigh the next day. They said, “oh yeah- you can come see it tomorrow”. Drove an hour and even got a reminder email about a test drive. Got there and was told the car wasn’t for sale yet and they don’t know why the person told me I could come see it. Didn’t even show me anything similar to look at or try to help me. Apparently, their online inventory automatically updates with their purchases even with cars that aren’t ready to be sold.

Thanks to Paul I was able to get my first car I would definitely recommend you get your car here they have good financing good cars good customer service i got to test drive and know a-lot about the car i got because Paul is a car guru

Today I went and purchased my husband a 2016 dodge charger for Father's day. Mr. Gary greeted me as soon as I drove up. I told him what I was looking for and he informed me I was at the wrong location for the police edition. NO WORRIES, Mr, Garry walked with me (in the.rain I might add) to help me, we looked at numerous cars until we found the ONE. I owe him a new pair of shoes 👞, he did not stop until I was satisfied. I recommend anyone looking for a car to see Gary!

Very disappointed with our experience yesterday. We brought a Volvo from the dealer yesterday. Went back to the dealership to pick up the car later that night and noticed a crack in the rear break light. We told the sales person who sold us the car about it and he said he would look into getting it fixed for us. My husband called him back today and was told they would not pay to get it fixed. You certainly made a sale but you lost a customer!!

My experience was awesome. I went on 4/14. I was very nervous about going but I’m happy I did. When I got there the vehicle I got had a service engine light on. Took it to a friend while on test drive and it was something simple as ignition coil. They told me they would take care of it so yesterday 4/15 I brought it back but unfortunately almost as soon as I left headed back to where I’m from the engine light came back on and saying the same thing that was supposed to had been fixed. The vehicle however rides perfectly and I will be in touch to see about getting this issue rectified and it doesn’t sour my experience at Westgate Imports. My overall experience was fantastic and welcoming. ******Update: today this vehicle left me stranded in the middle of the road. Would not move at all. Brakes locked up and all. I called and could not speak with anyone because the manager was with a customer meanwhile I’m stuck in the middle of the road with a vehicle I got the day before yesterday and then the salesperson I dealt with is no longer there only after two days. This is so devastating to me and I feel like no one is going to call me back******

I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Westgate Imports. The sales staff (Devin) was very responsive and efficient in helping me find the vehicle I was interested in and processing the paperwork. After I left with the car there was a minor mechanical issue and Westgate repaired it at no cost, though they were not obligated to do so. I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer-centered service I received. Their service department is also top-notch.

First class team and one of the most honest places I have ever been. First time I went was after a collision and they repaired my 2015 Tahoe like it was straight off showroom (Westgate collision). Last week my wife took my truck for yearly inspection at a well known local tire spot and they said we needed new brake pads (metal on metal) was written on form. We declined and took it straight to Westgate imports for a second opinion and low and behold they had 4mm of life left and Monique said we should stop back in 2 oil changes to have them reevaluated but they were good to go. I hate to be like the commercial but I am now #westgate4life Thank you Westgate team for the service and honesty!

I’m a very picky person when it comes to places to get my cars inspected. I love my cars. Several of them are heavily-modified and customized. When you have a special/unique/customized car, you want to take it someplace where the staff will listen to your concerns and treat the car with the same level of care that you would yourself. Jennifer and Luis are both really accommodating and great at what they do! They always make me feel like my cars are in good hands. And they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with the service they provide. Professional, polite people in the office and trustworthy, talented techs in the shop make for a wonderful experience all around. The lobby and shop are clean and organized. The shop has side-post lifts that work well with lowered cars. Great shop, great people!

I recently purchased a car from Raymond and Sam. I am pleased with the overall experience. This is my first-ever google-review. I read some of the previous reviews, before starting to write this, and empathize with the various situations. Perhaps their administration could be more efficient. I too drove a bit of distance to see my target car, with arrangements in advance through their online sales. But when I got there, the car was not ready. In the end, I found out that once a car is registered in inventory, it appears online, ready or not. My car was being inspected, and some lights being replaced. A bit of miscommunication in the system. I went to this dealership on my own without my husband, and with financial arrangements made with my bank in advance. Raymond and Sam and Brad and Cassandra, were all professional and the appropriate amount of business-friendly. When it was evident that I was a serious buyer, they held the car for me. I appreciated that. The financial discussions were respectful and professional. Raymond became a trusted partner* and I believe that I got a good deal and an exceptional car. Westgate allowed me to have my personal mechanic to check my target car. I know nothing of mechanics, so I paid for my pros. When a potential issue was identified, Sam had the car engine cleaned so my mechanic could recheck the issue. We worked it out. I appreciated that. In summary, I think it helps to be an informed consumer. Patience helps too. This *is* a busy place, with many cars, that go through many steps before making it to the lot. Their website is really very useful for the hunt. I wish you future buyers good luck! Based on my experience, I would recommend that you give this place a try. *all car dealerships try to make money, that is business. I am pleased with my salesperson, and the pricing was competitive.

The salesmen were very professional, and also didn't use high pressure selling tactics. The prices are, without a doubt, the best prices in the state. They all were very friendly , and got me approved and out of there in my new car in a matter of a hour. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from them , and will definitely be buying the rest of my cars from this dealership. I couldn't have asked for better service , price, and salesmen. The folks at Westgate were great to work with. Vanessa was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. I test drove my Honda Pilot to the AAA service center for a pre-purchase inspection ($40 and highly recommended). They indicated that the vehicle was in excellent condition and needed a new battery and a minor alignment adjustment (not bad for 90,000+ miles). When I returned to Westgate, the manager asked about the inspection and immediately fixed both items. The finance manager was thorough, but efficient and did not try to sell me unwanted extras.. Overall, I felt as though the entire staff was friendly and responsive and I am happy with the vehicle. I would recommend Westgate Imports to anyone looking for a no-hassle, used car buying experience.
