Banked with BoA for several years, checking, credit card, investments. Normally everything is online and never had any issues and I liked their rewards card. Then recently there was a fraud alert on my account. Despite refusing text alerts on their website, they sent an "urgent" text at 3 in the morning saying there was potential fraud detected and I must click a link. Then at 4 in the morning, sent another text demanding I click the link right away. Everything about the messages screamed fraud. I deleted the messages and called the bank to confirm (at normal banking hours), was put on hold for over an hour, transferred between multiple associates, and when I finally reached someone, Candace was incredibly rude and refused to do anything - I needed to click the suspicious link in the now deleted texts. So with a spoofed number and malicious link, it would be easy to scam any Bank of America customer. And I thought Wells Fargo was the worst bank. Lots of banks in the area, avoid BoA if you can.

Super useless. I had stopped by to purchase a box of pennies for Father's Day as they are a coin collector and enjoys going through rolls of pennies in hopes of finding specific coins. I specifically asked for a box of non-newly minted pennies but instead of checking with their eyes themselves they sold me a box that you could easily tell were all 2021 minted pennies. I went back in to ask the manager and he gave me the same answer, did not even look at the box I had bought. They could have handled that better if they had at least pretend to see if they had any boxes of non-newly minted pennies.

Very nice & helpful tellers. This branch keeps consistent hours & is managed well. It is busy & they are short staffed but they do a great job of keeping wait times down & working quickly. Highly recommend!!

This is my home branch and I have always been treated with respect. Marteen helped me to process my Cashier's Check. He was smiling, helpful and professional. The whole process took less than 10 mins. Excellent service by excellent staff.

I was just in this bank having trouble with my new debit card because I just opened a new business account. I came in to cash the check into my business account. I asked her several times could I deposit some and take some out. She kept telling me to use my debit card and I told her I tried using it at the atm and it wouldn’t work. So I gave her my account number to cash my check with and after she deposit my check she tell me that it will not be available until tomorrow. Terrible customer service

Second time I've gotten there waited in line for the only teller only to find out she is not qualified to deposit a Canadian Check in my US account. Online or ATM doesn't help with foreign currencies. Didn't used to have these issues until the branches started closing and the staffing went in the tank.

Horrible place with no knowledge and they never answer the phone. I went to deposit a check into my account and this guy told me my funds would be ready in 1 business day and I be dam if he didn’t lie it took 10 days

When issues occur you are own your own. You won't be called back. I am still missing $250 from my account with no help. I have called customer service and waited hours no resolution. I would advise small business owners to choose a bank with better customer service and resources. Below is a picture of me trying to get answers from customer service when the branch failed to follow-up as mentioned.

I do most of my banking online I hate going into this bank but it's the closest to me. They are so slow. When asked to take a seat they get who ever they won't to. I do have tattoos all over that might be why but my money is just as good as everyone else. I will be closing my account an going to another bank.
