I opened a loan with this company to help me continue to build my credit. These people came to my house unannounced and rang my doorbell requesting information from me. I will never use them again. I got the run around from the company about why they sent someone to my house and a payment wasn’t even due yet. You don’t just show up to someone’s house. It’s the principal on this matter. I had family over planning our fathers funeral, and that was the kicker.

These ladies in the store give the best customer service than any other loan company around the area and great rates. Julie is very knowledgeable and very friendly and makes you feel welcome! And Donna is very friendly as well I definitely will be sending people their way in the future.

As someone who was needing to take out a car title loan over a year ago due to lacking finances; I do appreciate the loan and their eagerness to help... however, the downsides I list are a bit shocking in my opinion as a high ranking reviewer with many views to my reviews (10k a month minimum) - I refinanced my loan 3 times, each time being promised that I would receive a check via the mail for the payback you get when refinancing.... I never received any of the checks (total of 3 now) -- on this past Friday, they told me the first 2 refi checks I'm due are no longer going to be paid out at all, then I have to pay a fee for a check they supposedly sent; yet I never received so they can cut it again... so to top it off, they are stealing the 2 checks from me, at least imo... keeping the funds due to me by contract that is signed by myself and their representatives. I feel this to be an illegal practice to start with considering I have received every single notice they have mailed me, yet never once - not ONE single time have I received their checks... so now they are keeping those funds and I'm told I have to pay a fee for the 3rd check they supposedly issued (I have yet to see a single shred of proof from them that any check was issued or sent) - in order to receive this 3rd check.... gladly I'm about to pay off this loan and never return, including warning everyone I can about doing business with this place... they also call themselves Shamrock Finance as well as using a 3rd DBA name, which again is very suspicious in my opinion.... maybe great at the start, probably great if you have the ability to pay off quickly; but during the quarantine when my wife is high risk and I'm not willing to risk her life to visit their office at my expense to pick up a check they should be able to mail to me without issue, I'm on the verge of considering legal action after paying off my loan and putting this local branch on notice what's coming.... they told me months ago they were reaching out to their corporate office and would call me once they had news.... never got that call apparently... They know who I am by first name only, done business with them for years and they have easily made their money back and then some, but can't put out a measly check for under a hundred dollars to make this right; by their mistakes - albeit corporate or local office, they should do what's right and correct by the customer, not keep someones money who is taking out loans like this to begin with! Talk about kicking the lower class when they are down Don't get me wrong, the staff there are sweet talkers and very nice seeming people, but when it comes down to business like mine; quite cold and uncaring that the company is deciding to just keep my money due to an error on their end.... I made no mistake; they have the proper address, I haven't failed to receive mail from anyone else; so how is this my fault and why should I be punished and made to suffer for something they did wrong?

Tina and the staff here are amazing! They assist you with patience and understanding. My situation wasn't the best but they listened and were able to see through a minor issue. Look just be honest and open. If you have some good alongside a minor issue, these are the people to go to. They have a non judgmental mind set and really want your business. I enjoy doing business with Western Finance!

Tina and the staff here are amazing had a delay on my check because of all the bombings that had been happening and they worked with me so that I wasn't late. I was able to keep my perfect payment history. I was always on time. The staff and the manager Tina are amazing.

My husband and I just adore Mrs. Donna W. She was very easy to talk to, very patient and very understanding. She explained everything thoroughly and any questions we may had, were answered. Positive attitude and most of all very sweet. We recommend this location to anyone who may need a little boost before or after payday! GOD BLESS!

Unfortunately I can only give 5 Stars to the wonderful team over at Western Finance. Every interaction was always a positive experience and highlight of my day. The ladies in the office were always welcoming with a smile and managed to get me in and out in a timely manner.
