Needed a notary for a title. Stood in line for 10 minutes to get a teller to tell me the only notary was over there and to wait in the chairs. Waited 35" for the notary to finish. She said her 2:30 appointment was not there and she was going to call them. At 2:37pm she took the 3 pm appointment back and said that she was going to try and fit us in between the appointments. I had a 5 minute title notarization that could have easily been done before the 3 pm appointment. I told the notary that she needs to follow the big sign on the wall about courtesy.

Terrible! There are no bank lobbies open for business transactions like getting change. Every Wells Fargo lobby on west side of Phoenix closed! Can't go through drive thru because I need coin change. I'm petitioning management at the USPS to change banks. I don't have time to hit and miss on which bank lobbies are open. And forget about getting an appointment. Does waiting until January 2022 sound reasonable to you?

Pretty standard Bank good the staff here the couple times that I've came have been very friendly. I have not encountered too long of a wait here at all, usually there's only one or two people ahead of me if any. I do know that they have loan officers and personal bankers on site if anyone needs those services.

Horrible experience! Bank hours say 9-12p but no one is allowed inside even if you do have your mask. Had to wait over a hour to withdraw from a teller because the ATM limits what u can take out the bank. A lot of wasted time with this process. I understand the precautions because of COVID, but this was ridiculous. There are other Wells Fargo locations that are letting customers inside the branch idk why they aren’t following the same guidelines.

Early last week, I called this location intending to arrange an appointment for my Sister-in-law to move her account to Wells. Who ever took the call, said someone would call me back. Migel called back late the same afternoon and we arranged a visit for my sister-in-law with Migel at 2 PM on 6/26. I gave Migel very detailed instructions as she has some memory issues. When she showed up for the appointment, she was told he had too many people in front of her. He apparently suggested she come back at 4 PM. She later decided not to go back and interestingly, Gloria nor I have had a follow-up call back from Migel. We are going to try to do something with another Bank and I may make the switch of my relationship as well Don't think Wells really cares. I have had a financial relationship with Wells Fargo for years here in Scottsdale and previously in California. I would suspect I am a reasonably profitable account for Wells.

This wells fargo is very slow. Always short staff. If you dont need a money order. I suggest you stopping at bank of america next door.

Poor poor service. Been sitting in the teller drive thru line for about 30 minutes. It would be nice if they could pop in to update me on what’s taking so long. Simple withdraw; I’m sure they do multiple a day. If it’s a computer issue at least advise your customers. Love Wells Fargo but not this location.

Everyone from the manager to the tellers to the bankers was so helpful to us as we needed to take care of several banking matters. In particular we worked with Veronica over several appointments to handle a complicated banking matter and process wires. Also Lewis another banker there helped us. My parents are older and they were very patient and respectful to them. We had appointments scheduled and everything was managed well so that we didn't have to wait long either. Thank you!

Great service. Unlike some other banks of America wink wink. I tried to simply transfer money from that bank to Wells Fargo. After two hours online and with B of A on the phone with at least five different bankers, it couldn’t be accomplished. I think I’ll stay with Wells for another twenty years.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and my last 2 deposits they have messed up. Reposted $75 but me receipt said $50. Then today i deposited 120 and its not even showing. Called customer service and she said the teller didn't deposit into my acct. I'm changing banks. Its going to take 10 business days to find the deposit. I have to pay my bills today not in 10. It's time for a new bank.
