We actually took about two years to get going on an actual purchase due to unforeseen life events but when we were ready andie was right there ready to pick up right where we left off. Andie could not have been more helpful in handling all the details of applying for and setting up my mortgage loan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, being especially conversant with down-payment programs to assist first-time homebuyers like me. Andie was never too busy to explain things or resolve issues, promptly returning phone calls and answering questions, like the consummate professional he is. I would recommend him to anyone.
