Wells Fargo Bank 16th St, San Francisco

Jordan was super nice and very informative. She seems to make it easy for the rest of us at Public Storage and helps us often. Shes good at making conversation so there's no awkward silence which makes the wait on things comfortable until you're done being helped. Hope to get her again in the future!

Waited for 20 minutes and was told they can't do "advanced transactions" like wiring. Why don't tell the customers before they enter the queue? It is as easy as printing and pasting a paper on the wall. I was told I had to wait for a real banker to come to this "branch" to do the wire, which may take up to 1 hour long. Wells Fargo, listen, if bankers are too expensive to hire, why don't simply allow your customers to do more transactions at home?

Open later (7pm), very professional staff. Bit cramped. **NOTICE** google map shows it on the south east side of the block. This is WRONG! It is inside the Safeway directly east (right) of the entranceway. The whole mall is elevated up a floor from the surrounding sidewalks. There were some stairs on the south east side, as well as the west side (possibly more).

Awesome staff and Especially manager in this Branch .I have been customer of wells fargo from 2016 . But Nobody treats me how this Branch staff do.And new girl name Brizae She's too good and knows how to treat with customer .

Only one teller, I had to wait for over 25mins

Incredibly long line that moved at a snail's pace. This Wells Fargo is clearly understaffed as two tellers were there. If you're only there for a withdrawal above your limit a woman helped me use the ATM and override my limit. That helped me avoid the line but I was waiting for 20 minutes before that happened.

If you like to see women with see thru shirts working at a bank this is the place to be. Service is slow and crazy but at least you get a peek show

Sadly, I've had to deal with Wells Fargo since my dear husband died and the Van Ness/California location is meh, cold and Civic Center location is horrible it's like visiting a jail in the ghetto! I thought, what could be worse since I have to deal with them? Business Banking Specialist Alexis Douglas helped restore my faith in the Wells Fargo banking system. She helped me get mortgage paper sfor the tax man, and other services. She was thorough and compassionate. Since I am still very teary over the death of my husband when his name comes up as we share property, past tense, sigh ... she made it OK to cry, as other WF clerks failed in the compassion department. Guess what? When I do face to face banking with Wells Fargo I'll go out of my way to this location it will be with Miss Douglas and Miss Douglas only!!

OMG it took more than an hour to open an account. The banker should have informed me about the wait time I would have gone to another branch
