Chase Bank 16th St, San Francisco

These guys just don’t show up for work. Branch hours say until 4 pm and I get here at 2 pm wait for half an hour and nobody is inside and it’s locked. Lights on. No note or anything. I saw 15 frustrated clients while waiting here, who also came expecting it to be open.

This branch takes care of me at their very best at all the time! - Tellers are extremely professional, polite, and energetic! - Management team are quick and responsive! - Security is always there greets everyone! Never have an issue with exchanging small change, depositing small or large quantity, and transfers. Thank you Team Potrero!

I own a small business and this branch is unapologetically THE WORST! The staff is not properly trained; the management couldn't give a rats behind and in fact is confrontational to their customers when you point it out. Heaven forbid you give back to them the way the dish it out. They have a security guard just for the one sided interaction. This branch takes the joy out of accumulating wealth.

The wait is never very long and if you can get past the craziness that lurks outside you'll find a welcome staff who is there for YOUR needs. With 3 ATMs located in the foyer of this bank it's easily accessible and safer than pulling your money out across the street at McDonalds.

I own a small business and frequent half a dozen branches on a regular basis and this is by far consistently the worst. They constantly run out of money early in the day, the staff are poorly trained and the manager is awful. Go to any other branch. Sadly, this is the closest to my business, but I regret it every time I go.

The manager Erika was super helpful and works with me thru out difficult situations like fraudulent checks and overdrawn accounts to make my life easier so I can go on with my day and pay my bills. She has worked with me many times to make my finances easier to access and is a compassionate woman who truly cares about her customers and clients! She has good energy and takes pride in helping others!

This is a great bank... the staff is very helpful, and eager to assist. As far as a national bank... you have to pick your poisons... Chase as a company I do not like any more then BoA, Wells, or the rest of the ilk.... but the people that work at this branch, are very nice and considerate. It makes going to the bank once a week less of an ordeal. Id give it a 5 star based on customer service alone... but i can't sleep well knowing that i gave any bank a perfect review.

This bank is BAD!! And, the branch manager is outright incompetent and bombastic. Here's what I see. I got two bankers texting, two others Jack jawing and the other? God only knows what he's doing. MEANWHILE I SIT HERE FOR OVER 10 MINS TRYING TO SIMPLY ORDER CHECKS FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS! Does anyone at HQ read these reviews?

Employees are always courteous and look for ways to help.
