I've worked with Dane on 4-5 loans now (2 new houses and a few refinances). He's also worked with numerous friends and relatives that I've referred to him. Everyone that's ever worked with him, including myself, has always said "wow, your mortgage broker is awesome." even my real estate agent who has seen thousands of loans processed was as impressed as could be with Dane's service. That's because Dane is as smart as they come. He's extremely knowledgeable and excels at his craft. He's always 4-5 steps ahead. Let's face it, getting a loan can be an intense process. But Dane knows every nook and cranny of this space and is constantly ahead of the game. He anticipates the next bend in the road and is a master at navigating the road. A mortgage isn't an everyday transaction for most people and it can be hard to know who to trust. Dane is the only person I'll ever do a loan with. Period.

Mike and Keith were both great at guiding us (me and my boyfriend Max) through our primary residential mortgage experience. They were both patient when we had questions and very clearly outlined everything they needed from us. We had a tight timeline (30 days) to close and Mike was able to get us to close even earlier than expected. I'd definitely work with them again and will be referring my friends to them when they decide to purchase a home/condo in the future. We love Mike and Keith!

I have now used PRMI twice for a mortgage. Harry Payne, the mortgage banker who serviced my request, was professional and insightful. He made this process far less burdensome than I have experienced in the past with others. All along the process Harry set accurate expectations that measured well against the real process. He used tools to advise me when to lock my rate and this turned out to be at or below the best rate available. I have recommended Harry and PRMI to my financial advisor for his clients and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Working with Mike was very pleasant, Mike gave tips to help with savings and also was very approachable and efficient. Mike always took the time to follow up with well thought through communication and to make sure all my questions were answered. The process went pretty smooth . I would highly recommend him to friends, family and colleagues for mortgage services.

Michael is incredibly quick and concise and transparent with his communications. He is very patient too. His team members too are highly efficient and make the process very smooth and easy. I have had multiple great experiences working with him and have referred to him the people I knew were shopping around and will continue to do so.
