    Every person I came in contact with at this branch was so kind and polite to me. They gave me that "home town feeling." I came in very anxious because my account had potentially been compromised and they went above and beyond to calm my fears and help me come to a resolution I was comfortable with. I could tell they were taking extra precautions to keep my information safe and assure me that I was in good hands. I felt so much better after leaving.

    The branch manager was very rude and made up rules that were not accurate when I called corporate the said she was not correct. When I am dressed up they treat me well but when I am not they stick up their noses at me and don't want to help. I have never been treated so awful in a Wells Fargo. I live 2 minutes away from this branch but drive twenty minutes away to be treated decently.

    Sorry black people you will have to find a new bank unless you want to be discriminated against. So crazy. My friend tries to scam me with a fake check and they treat me like I'm in on it and I'm the criminal when I've been banking with them for over 10 years Lmao. If I was white I'm sure they would have given me the benefit of the doubt and let me explain. I'm the victim who fell for a scam and they call me a liar. Wow. Cant wait til corporate hears how their southern banks treat customers. I've never been treated this way in my life and take pride in my integrity, but one mistake is enough apparently if you are black they will erase your 10 year history and will provide you no good faith. Edit: They were Alex and Richard who are managers and who I'm sure teach their biased practices to their employees.

    Wachovia now W. Fargo. Better than some others but new faces constantly. Nobody remains the same? Do they rotate from location to location? Response to Nick~ Currently entertaining closing accts & moving on to more stable banking facility vs wells fargo. PLEASE..no more communications. Have you read negative reviews from others besides mine? WOW! You need to crack the whip.

    Richard recently signed us up for a new bank account with Wells Fargo and the level of his customer service he provided was excellent. He walked us through all of our options and even discussed our financial goals with us. We are very excited to be banking with Wells because of Richard! Thank you!

    Had a check held for "fraud" by a teller at this location. And why? Because my MOM filled out the check instead of MY DAD. I understand that caution is necessary, but what would it hurt to CALL THE OTHER BANK THE CHECK IS ISSUED THROUGH!? Are we so lazy that, instead of doing our jobs, we just accuse our own customers of fraud? Though the word "fraud" was never used, holding the check and treating me like I just robbed the joint was basically the same as the accusation. (EDIT: The word "fraud" was indeed used. See the next sentence.) And today when I called to ask them if they ever called the other bank, the bank manager took GREAT pleasure in announcing to me they turned me into their fraud department! Closing the account the moment I get a new account set up. Can't believe I was treated like this, when all it would have taken was about two minutes of extra work to fix the issue. Oh, I do hope they come after me without doing their actual JOBS first. Then I can sue them for slander!

    This location is small but performs big! The bankers are phenomenal and the Branch Manger Roxann Meeks goes i I’ve and beyond! Today she made my life so much easier and brightened up my day! Thanks Welsfargo Connie Rios

    I wanted to open an account for my son, but got turned away. Apparently opening an account to too complex and only certain employees can do that. Imagine that, a bank not wanting my money.
