LPL Financial Mill

It was a mistake to invest a modest but significant amount of my IRA monies in ESL Investment Services through LPL Financial. After being talked into nvesting in a fund classified by LPL as "Income with Moderate Gowth" my investment lost more than 10% of its original vaue over a period of 15 months. This happened during a period of bull market growth. The only "bull" was investment come-on from the LPL account executive!

My wife's father passed away and LPL has mishandled his very large investment account. It has been several month's and they still have not completed the inheritance paper work, even though she has repeatedly completed it. They have confirmed they have it, then the next time she calls they deny they ever got it. We have no idea what is happening and can not talk to the same person twice. They are trying to steal her inheritance! Don't give them any money!

LPL huge cyber attack is coming its just a matter of time. If you do business with this company then you have been warned. This company information security is very relaxed. They patch systems every month to every quarter. They do not have a IT department that addresses real threats or even federal government mandates. Its not IF this company will be affected by a cyber security event its when. Also something to take note of they just let 100's of employees go that were contractors. They falling apart. There is a reason this companies services are cheaper. You pay for what you get.

I have met several people who work here. They were all nice folks. This place also has some of the coolest architecture on the building I have ever seen. It looks like a building on a space station on mars.

I have no idea what you guys do, but I appreciate how hard you work. I mean look at these beautiful lights... motion detected?!? I mean, not only do the employees work hard, but the lights even go above and beyond! Crikey.

This is new Headquarter location of LPL Financial which moved to Fort Mill, SC (Exit 85 on 77S, you can see the building across the freeway) bringing some 1200 employees in one location consolidating from 3 various locations earlier in Charlotte, NC . It has 2 buildings, one is facing the lake called Lakeview, other facing the park and wood named as Parkview.The new building includes amenities such as a health and fitness center, an “on-site eatery,” ergonomically designed furnishings and many more facilities which will attract its employee and making it a cool place to work. I love this company and this new workplace...

Work here if you enjoy having executives feed you lies while they believe that you're stupid enough to buy it. The advisers are great, the corporate culture is toxic. Oh, and the commute to Fort Mill ensures that you'll hate the drive time too.

Work and family friendly company, they care about your work life as well as your family needs. The Management is top of the line, friendly and understanding to your personal needs. Best decision was coming to work for this Company.

I just want to rate the top notch security team for making sure they are doing a thorough job and kicking an 11 month old baby off the walking path due to it being private. Unbelievable.
