    can't use access code for atms and can't get a temporary card either...you have to have samsung pay in order to do something. i don't use Samsung pay, i use WELLS FARGO! pretty dumb. will be closing my account since im pretty much screwed if i lose my card.

    Wells Fargo Bank owned a condo that caused damage to a unit we owned in Oklahoma. They give you the run around and do not own up to the situation. They pass you around to multiple people. They continue to say they need to do "research" even though proper documentation has been provided. This has been going on over four months. They are like robots and just continue to give excuses. They do not give you specific people to talk to.

    Your outgoing phone message is incorrect. It says to press "0" to reach an operator - which doesn't work. I wanted to speak to a live human. Was calling to open a business account. Tried a few times. It only took one mistake that like for me to move to USBank.

    One of the worst managed Wellsfargo locations, if you need banking, notary or anything that’s not routine, this location is full of woke, non working, scared of COVID employees. They try to schedule every basic banking need days out. Drive down the street, another Wellsfargo, not COVID scared, notary on the spot and ran close to normal banking as possible. Wellsfargo needs to fire their woke HR department or the bank will continue to spiral downwards.

    I work for a company that was recently purchased by a larger company that banks with wells Fargo. I am now forced to make our cash deposits at this wells Fargo location. What a nightmare. I walk in this morning with our weeks deposits, and the guy at the counter allows me to get 7 envelopes worth of money and deposit slips out and on the counter before he tells me that they "require an ID" to deposit cash. First of all, this is a business transaction. My name does not appear on this large corporation's bank information ANYWHERE. Secondly , when was this policy implemented? Because last week when I did the same thing, I was not asked for an ID . This was a BS excuse for not having to deal with me and my 7 days worth of random amounts of cash deposits. He says "I can't even get to the next screen without your ID". Sure you can't dude. TRUST me when I say I would rather be at Chase, but I don't have an option here. I guess I'll just have to drive out of my way a few miles and try another location and pray that the people there are customer focused. I can't say I'm surprised at their low google rating.

    Extremely poor customer service. I guess Wells Fargo has all the money it needs given the dismissive way they treat customers. Unprofessional and down right lazy.

    They allowed me to cash a big insurance check without both my wife and I signing it. They removed funds 5 days after it was deposited. Then fined me for all the overdrafts. Wish i could rely on the bank for these technicalities.
