I've been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. I've seen and done it all; including as an underwriter, loan officer and mostly as an owner of a successful mortgage company which I proudly sold to a large national bank. I'm still in the industry and know how difficult it can be to secure financing especially when it's as complicated as my situation is. Prior to being referred to Mr. Timmerman, eight lenders told me they couldn't get me a loan or if they could, it would be at a substantially higher interest rate.
