Timothy and his team were nothing short of phenomenal to work with. As someone who is self-employed, there are many more obstacles to landing a mortgage than someone on a traditional W2 — this is something we learned out of the gate and wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else after our incredible experience. They responded on a Saturday and had us a full pre-approval written up and ready to go with our first offer by Sunday. Andrew and Christine were particularly helpful in working through the final documentation requests, etc. during the escrow and closing process with the underwriter. Everything went off without a hitch. They took the incredibly stressful experience and buying a home and made it manageable, answered every question we had thoroughly, and helped teach us a great deal about buying a home along the way. I would recommend Timothy and his team to anyone looking for a painless experience in buying their home, whether it is the first time or the tenth time.

The Fairway Team are on it! I was just looking on Zillow at homes. Not even sure we wanted to buy. I clicked the link to get prequalified with Fairway and immediately received a call from Jimmy. We were prequalified right away. On that call Jimmy also gave great advice on purchasing our home, what our interest rate will be, what our cost to close may be, and what price range we should look for. We immediately found a home and the builder wanted us to use their lender. Jimmy called and checked on us often on how things were going while the builder’s lender was dragging their feet. We decided to work with Fairway anyway and we did not regret that decision one bit. Even with the discounts offered by the builder and their lender we had less fees than if we worked with the other lender. Matt was amazing in helping us with our documentation and getting through the underwriting process. Anytime I email Matt or call he immediately responds. I cannot say enough about this team, they really care about their clients.

Tim and his team closed my loan in record time. From the very start they were consistent in keeping me updated, informed, and they helped with keeping me positive when I was stressed out in a crazy market. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We submitted for preapproval on a weekend so we could stay competitive with a home offer, we received our preapproval within the hour, and the team talked to the listing agent as well to vouch for our creditworthiness. After we were in escrow, they remained on top of everything, and gave us constant updates. Their online portal is a breeze to work with, and made everything seamless. Would definitely recommend.
