Wells Fargo Bank Geary Blvd, San Francisco

Always a line, NEVER a friendly /good service. Once I stood in a long line on my lunch break to get quarters. I finally get to the window (nobody approached me to ask "Why are you here today?") and this teller trainee points to a sign that says "Limited coinage" or something like that. I said "You dont have that posted on your front door--I had to get to THIS window in order to be able to see it. And even as I see it, I dont fully understand--can I only get one roll of quarters? What does that mean". She tells me that NO, they do have it on the front door, I JUST MISSED IT. NO customer service. So now I get on a bus and go to either Arguello or Laurel Village branches. And yes, it is worth it.

If only zero stars was an option. I have had a Wells savings account for 35 years, a checking account for 25, and a credit card for 13. Despite that history I am repeatedly treated poorly at this branch. In late August I merely tried to get quarters for laundry and was told no...I had to argue to get just one roll. Aside from these more minor experiences, Wells Fargo as a whole is a horrible bank that defrauds their customers. I moved the bulk of my money to another bank that offers 5 times the interest, and it has been incredible. That bank is the one where you open accounts at a cafe, in 5 minutes. Suck on it wells Fargo. WHACK

There was not a lower rating for Christine otherwise I would have given it. She actually should get a rating in the negative s. A simple transition with 3 steps start to finish left me feeling so violated. I was not aware in order to cash a small pay check( written on a Wells Fargo check no less.) My accout would first have to be reviewed. So strange since no other branch has ever done this before. I have really never cared much for Wells to begin with but, this iver such a small amount. I insisted ongetting my che k back and leaving,boy am I glad she is not my neighbor.

While you can't figure whether its starbucks inside the bank or vice versa. Albena was very helpful and knowledgable! I like their staff overall!

I have one word to say that will convince you this is the best bank ever: Starbucks

A full-service bank. Several ATM if your needs are less complicated. There have always been two or more tellers available so the wait is not prohibitive.

This branch not honor to deposit Barclay Promotion check, they (Chinese Supervior teller ) told me Wells Fargo policy. seem like they do not want to have business with any other banks, I asked to see the policy then talk to Manager. After few discussion they want to process deposit the Barclay Promotion Check but hold the check for 6 weeks. I am wandering Wells Fargo operate by china policy or US policy, please clear. I am long time and loyalty with Wells but now very disappointed the way they run business.

This is by far the most odd pairing of two businesses; a Wells Fargo bank and a Starbucks Coffee. While other banks want customers to come and leave, there's always people with their laptops camped out in the Starbucks which of course is in the bank.

I can't cash my bonds. They don't accept cash. Their mortgage-backed security sales caused the financial crisis and my dad to lose his house.
