Bank of America Financial Center Geary Blvd, San Francisco

I've always had good experiences at this branch. I took the time to learn people's names and they always treated me kindly. Sometimes there are lines but that usually happens on Saturdays when most people are not at work. They were always very professional and quick to move the line along. I hope they reopen my local branch again soon.

Terrible tellers! Very rude and absolutely not knowledgeable.., which is a bad combination! I don't understand what type of hiring process allows such clearly not fit individuals to work at the bank? Where is their training? Where is their manager? The manager should be retrained or changed as this sounds like lack of leadership and motivation skills on their part..

Would not cash a check claiming its beyond there limit, other branches cashed the same check with no problem. One of the managers tried to hustle me into opening an account. Good luck.

I have called the number on the card and got a fast response from them. They quickly got me the help that I needed.

Poor service, the manager so bad, when they are busy they just want to kick you out

Slow service. Does anyone work here?? Run by seniors. Bank needs more staff running the counter or retrain the current team for quicker service. Four counters but only ONE is running during peak time! Unbelievable. Takes 45mins to do an over the counter transaction. Online banking reminds how easy it is we can do most things online. If only they don’t put withdrawal limits I’d not want to walk in to this bank

Poor customer service. Tried to change an appointment with Miki but can’t leave a message for call back. Nobody seems to pick up. Frustrating to try to get in to see anybody. Been with this bank for over 25 years.

The workers and managers at this bank discriminate and are terrible at customer service. They refused to help me change the name on my card even though I had all the legal documents proving that it is now my legal name. They said they couldn't do it and even refused to call me by my new legal name. Called the banks customer service hotline and they did it for me in five minutes.

Customer service here is not good. Came in to try to make an update for my account and the service representative was very rude and did not appear to want to help me. Kept insisting I go to a different location and when I was trying to make an appointment for next week continued to be difficult. Go to another location and save yourself some time.

Rudest staff and wait time is more than expectation and they actually don’t want your business bye bye Bofa The supervisor didn’t even wanted to help
