OneMain Financial Geary Blvd, San Francisco

I’ve been a client for one main financial for years, during my transactions they always been helpful and They are very professional, and well communicative. The customer service used to be great! Peter and the other team member was amazing. however today one of the team member JOSE was ruining not only my day but the whole great opinion that i have for one main. the moment i called the branch and he picked up with the Rudest tone like he doesn’t want to be there. then i talked about some of my arrangements on my account and issue for payment this month . he took the whole conversation by being not only unprofessional but also he made so many absurd response and comments about my personal life. first time ever one of the employee made me feel degraded and humiliated. he was not only try his best to not being helpful but also purposely make you feel unsafe having financial conversation with him.

Everyone that I came in contact with during the loan process was really amazing.

So I been getting emails from One Main Financial Holdings LLC for I don't know about a month and they are always from the Sr. Loan Advisor whose name is..oh look at that the review below mine Mr. John Cooper. Now don't get me wrong I have worked with One Main Financial a few times in Pottstown Pennsylvania and I never had a problem with them I usually worked with Jill or I think his name is Matt there, but recently I have not been approved for a loan from One main financial unless I had collateral which I do not and I have never ever gotten a loan from them without collateral. So I'm trying to figure out why I am receiving these emails from this John Cooper whose email is apparently [email protected] which is kinda weird if you ask me, stating I was approved for a $15,000 loan when I know for a fact my credit is horrible and One Main Financial in PA won't even approve me for a $2,000 loan without collateral or a cosigner. I have emailed the email address left in the email with go figure no replies shocking. I have called the number in the email no answer shocking. So as stated in previous emails, I'd like answers also if I could post pictures of these emails and the email address they came from I would since I have them also have pictures of the "loan agreement" I was asked to only electronically sign, not even a suggestion to go to one of their many national locations. So in turn I am pretty sure somebody wanted to try and scam me posing as an employee of this establishment. Which in my opinion I wouldn't have chosen someone who studies Law.

Within one day, my personal loan was approved to pay high credit cards balances. Hector Guzman is a professional who understood my financial needs. Monthly payments are budget-friendly. Thanks

Hector Guzman and other Staff were very unprofessional, rude by bullying and aggressively harassing me trying to blame me for the error made by their end instead of admitting of the mistake made. Very bad experience again. Do not do business with this Branch and knuckleheads who works there.

OneMain Financial is a great company. I have used them twice. They are very professional, helpful and communicative. They were understanding during Covid which is very important. The customer service is great! Peter was great in answering my questions and explaining my options. It is great working with them. I will always consider them for my financial needs.

This place will say you qualified for 10k and make an appointment to come in and sign the loan, so they can call you two days later, and tell you we can’t help you. I guess is a sale strategy, but it’s very unprofessional or maybe they just like to play.. There’s better company’s and more professional ones out there. Don’t waist your time..

Hector was the most horrible person ever. He didn’t want to give me my paperwork that I signed and rushed me out and said he will give me my paperwork Monday. Mind you, it was a Saturday and they aren’t open on Saturdays. As soon as I started calling corporate and told him I’m not leaving without my paperwork then he prints it and said he is closing and kicked me out. He was rude and was yelling. Vety horrible place. I wish I can give a worse rating.

Needed help financially and was able to work with them on documents and they where very hands on with my questions. Great customer service

Tony helped me so much did everything for me so I could get this loan to move out. I appreciate his persistence and kindness.
