    I personally closed my accounts years ago off the back of that horrid fraud perpetrated by hundreds of WF employees and when John Stumpf, the CEO, took a golden parachute on the way out with $130,000,000 (edit: it wasn't a golden parachute - he had accumulated millions of shares of stock during his career). Fired for cause and leaves with more money than God. Well obviously nothing has changed at Wells Fargo. We set our dad up with accounts at Affinity Plus, a local and great CU and we went to close out his accounts. They didn't a banker on staff at 930AM. Genuinely, how do you not have a banker that can close a clients account upon request? Not even the manager could do it (or so he said...) so either the manager is a liar or they don't know how banks work. The teller that helped was wonderful, but that doesn't make up for a toxic organization.

    Paul Swanson, the Branch Manager, was great. My wife and I went in on a Saturday to open an additional savings account, and we were promptly greeted when we arrived. They were busy, so we waited a few minutes for a banker to free up. Paul was the next available, and we later found out he was helping customers due to the high volume that day. Seeing a manager helping customers because their staff is busy is always very encouraging. Paul was polite, helpful, and got us exactly what we wanted. He had a few helpful recommendations for us and spoke to us about our mortgage and credit card situation. I was very pleased with the service we received.

    Im giving a 2 star because there are some very efficient people that work the drive thru that deserve 5 stars, but the last month or so, that has changed, The new girl in the drive thru is very slow and has difficulty understanding giving correct change back. She even asked why I dont just give her exact deposits instead of making her give me change back. What?? I am assigned this location through my job, or Id find another branch to use. We only get 30 minutes total for our bank run, in in the last 2 weeks, ive had 4 that took over 45 minutes. Will be requesting to be assigned a different branch.

    They let somoene walk away with my money! Im not from MN, and you let some random person there withdraw all money from my account. Just waiting for my dispute to be resolved and will never bank with you again!!!

    Wait times in the drive thru are a joke. I understand and appreciate the bank being open, but I should never have to waste 60+ minutes to deposit cash. I will absolutely avoid this location going forward.

    My husband and I went to the New Hope Wells Fargo last night to speak with a banker. It was right before they close for the evening at 6pm and we had waited in line for the people ahead of us to be helped. At 5:58pm, a banker approached us and I figured he would kindly say that he appologized but the store is now closing. To our sincere surprise, he approached us and said "Thank you for waiting, step back into my office and we can get started." Friends, he sat with us for 45 minutes AFTER closing and worked to get our accounts aligned and had nothing but a smile on his face. Thank you for remarkable customer service, New Hope Wells Fargo! We'll be back soon.

    NOT GIRL SCOUT FRIENDLY! I went in to deposit cookie sales cash and checks (almost $7000). Others have always stamped the checks for me. Not only would this one NOT stamp them but was rude when telling me to buy my own stamp to do it. Once i finally got up to the counter, I was told multiple times what an inconvenience it was to have to do 12 different deposits (1 per girl) and that I really should have used the over night business drop box because there was a line behind me waiting. (I had never been told about that option) They had 3 tellers open so not like I was holding up the while bank. When u was finally done, I wanted to speak with a banker about my personal account but was ignored when trying to get anyone's attention. Finally just left. I have never had these issues at other locations. I will NOT be going back to this one.

    Had an appointment set for 1:00pm... I show up early. At 1:03 I'm told the person I'm supposed to meet with is on break. Wells Fargo does not understand how appointments work. Dont go on break if you have an appointment scheduled!!! To schedule my appointment I called and was given to a call center in Texas. I said I needed an appointment to deposit a check and talk with a banker about renewing a CD. When I showed up at the New Hope branch, they didnt know my name, and had no clue why I was even there! Why did I go through the trouble telling the guy on the phone why I needed an appointment if he wasnt going to pass it along to the people that need to know?

    Sat at drive thru for 5 minutes only for them to have me come inside. Once inside, it took 5 minutes to see a banker, an additional 15 to process my request, at minimum. I'm still sitting here... waiting. We'll see if they're able to figure out how to process a check from an insurance claim, but so far I'm not impressed. No apology has been given for the initial wait.
