Wells Fargo Bank Tamiami Trl, North Port

I cannot understand why somebody would give this office a bad review. I was just there today and I spoke with them on the phone several times and everyone I’ve encountered was extremely professional and polite. Wells Fargo bank north Port customer service is stellar and I believe the credit goes to the bank manager Mandy. She sets a great example!

Robby was absolutely amazing. He solved my issue and was soooo helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never had such great experience with a banker before and I can tell that he truly has a passion to help people. I’m really amazed at the amount of help he offered and he went above and beyond expectation to help me out with my situation. The front lady was awesome too she made sure to update me on my wait time , I wish I remembered her name. I think the branch overall is very good but as long as Robby is there he I will always go to him as my banker!

Most of time staff is great. However, there was a interim manager that was extremely disrespectful. I came in 20 minutes before closing for urgent issues, she basically said she couldn't help. I told her it would not take long and it is an emergency, she was very negative, stopped me mid sentence , walked away from me to greet another customer as if I was nobody worth her time. I later called her manager and store manager and they agreed with me saying she should have been able to help me no problem. I went to the Venice store and fixed my problem in 15 minutes.

My review was based on one employee who was a step in manager, for the manager who is on a cruise. Absolutely treated me horribly and was extremely disrespectful. Acted like I haven’t been a customer for over 10 years. Ended up speaking with the district manager about her. The rest of the staff there has been pleasant.

Worst bank ever. Found out they put a daily online purchase limit, and when I found out, they would not take the limit off. And don't forget they just got caught making those millions of fake accounts. Stay away from this bank.

We no longer bank with Wells Fargo, but it has nothing to do with this branch. The staff at this location are always professional, helpful, and courteous. Every time we have visited this location, we needed help with a difficult situation. The tellers are always extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. You are always greeted and treated fairly. The parking lot has easy access and plenty of parking. The inside is always immaculate.

I got to give this branch 5 stars just for the staff alone. They were very friendly and helpful to me. I lost my wallet and they did their best to get me an appt. That same day.

Came in with problem had no appt .I needed to speak with a banker. Social distancing and masks required. Helped quickly very nice and professional. Got my answer. Good service and qualified workers

Saturday service for notary was fast and easy. Each staff member was very courteous, helpful and polite.

Experienced very good customer service. Every employee was pleasant and helpful especially Olena.
