Chase Bank Tamiami Trl, North Port

Had an issue where I had rent due and a work paycheck was on hold. Called the chase number, they told me there was nothing they could do. Thankfully, James at North Port Chase went above and beyond! Excellent service! Made my day and resolved the issue in just a matter of minutes.

I called the local branch 7 times throughout the day with no answer. I saw other reviews that said the same. So then I called the 1-800 number to get info I needed on how to open a business account. They couldn't help either and had to transfer me. Then the person they transferred me to just told me to go online and upload my "Business License" and they would tell me whether they are the right documents. So then I called Achieva Credit Union and got a live person on the phone after 2 rings who told me specifically what I needed to bring in. It was like night and day.

I'm a customer. Nice large branch with parking and friendly staff. Drive thru services if desired. Also in lobby service. Also on site notary.

Went to open a business account. Appointments booked, asked for an appointment tomorrow and the business rep starts vacation tomorrow. Was told to try another branch in a neighboring city. Didn’t even care about opening the account. Did not feel valued. Do better Chase! Do better.

ZERO STARS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to open an account and they told me I need to book an appointment A WEEK IN ADVANCE. How is this okay?! One of the employees told me to go 5 miles down the road to try a different branch. Meanwhile, there were 6 employees, including a manager, all doing nothing as there were no customers. I created a google account just to post this review because I was so disgusted.

Worst bank ever. Incompetent customer service. Will hold your money for weeks on end with no answer as to why. Delayed a clients job and wouldn't release the money. $7500 on hold for over 2 weeks and the client says the money left her account on day 1. Account holds hotline is incompetent and won't provide answers or service. DONT BANK HERE LOOK AT THE 2.9 STARS FOR REVIEWS. ID GIVE A 0 IF I COULD

Terrible service, super slow. Make the drive to Wellen Park Chase. They have great staff won't make you wait half an hour to wire some money

This branch is enough of a reason to never use chase again. Service is horrendous and might as well go back to 1980 cause that is the last time they upgraded the branch.

Horrible service. Does anyone do there job? Waited in lobby for 45 minutes, was slow figured I'd be aknowleged but wasn't. Not recommend.
