I have been a customer of this store & the other store in Port Charlotte for many years and I have never had a problem with anything until recently. I was having trouble with Momentum's Mobile deposit on the app. Well I didn't know what to do because I wasn't getting anywhere with my issue and Jeff knew of the issue as well but his hands were tied. Almost a month went by before I went back in to that store,so the end of October I went back,the issue happened 10/09/2020. He was my angel through out that small crisis. He went above & beyond to help me get the issue resolved!! I had no idea either because I hadn't been in or spoken to anyone else at the store since 10/09/2020. It just a perfect example of good,hardworking, genuine customer service which is simply a great asset to the company. I'm serious about what Jeff did was just something I didn't expect ONLY because I knew his hands were tied. When I did finally contact the appropriate person, the issue was handled efficiently and more than satisfactory. I appreciate everyone's help, time,kind & caring customer service/support. That's hard to find now days. Also Connie in the other Port Charlotte store is awesome as well. I appreciate her support also.
