Tried to call for a simple question if I am able to cash my check there women who answered was extremely rude and continued to ask me questions such as my full name and last of social which I began to inform her I never been there I just have a simple question and she still replied rudely you still have to answer my questions . What is going on nowadays with the poor customer service ?!

Best customer service ive ever had. The absolute best representatives. Michele has exceptional service as well. Shes extremely family oriented and friendly. Very quick in and out service. Ive been here several times and never had an issue once. Definitely recommend!!!

Love this place. Sometimes you get stuck on hard times and need a small loan to get by. These girls are so nice. They make you feel welcome and are very quick. This place cares about their customers and often have appreciation days.
