    Me and my fiancé went in to open up a business account for him victor Reyes helped he was so detailed and explained everything and I had my daughter who was one with us he was so sweet to her aswell and very patient! I would recommend anyone to go to him who wants to open an account he is great!

    Just Horrible. Banking policies are backwards. Could not deposit cash into my cousins account. Had to write a check and deposit that.

    Extremely poor service at this location. So bad in fact that I cancelled all 4 of my accounts and took my business elsewhere. No sign in system for people waiting to see a banker, employees standing around laughing and having random conversations while there are lines of customers waiting, and after we finally sat down with a banker to ask about the new fees they were charging me for no reason, she credited back my husband who has only been a customer for a year but didnt credit mine?? Loyal customer of 16 years!? So I'll take my loyalty elsewhere and make sure to let everyone know how this place does business. If you are looking for a bank, I recommend continuing the search to a different one.

    What kind of bank does not allow cash deposits in to someone else's account. I can see withdrawl, but deposit?!!!

    Sat in drive through for an hour and was not reached out to once until hitting the call button. Several cars, at least 6, were helped before I was taken care of. Once sending my stuff over, again, no contact until I hit the call button. Very bad customer service.

    The leadership at this bank is sub-par. As a shareholder, I'm embarrassed by how poor the service is. If you don't mind standing in line for hours and then having incompetent people wait on you, this is your bank. Good luck!

    This review is not for the bank or bank location. It's for a certain Customer Service Rep named Deirdre that I had the pleasure of speaking with yesterday. Every few months Wells Fargo locks my account and everytime I call to unlock it they make me order a new card and assure me that, that will fix the problem. This has been going on for almost two years. I've ordered probably a hundred cards. Well, I called yesterday like always to unlock my account again and activate another new card and thank god I got Deirdre. She was so awesome, calm and friendly and took the time to tell me exactly why this keeps happening and gave me all the information to finally take care of it. She's the only person that I've ever talked to that did her job and made me feel like a valued customer as well as officially helping me to solve the problem. I'm sooooo grateful and if this review gets to her, I want her and her superiors to know that she is a very valuable asset to the Wells Fargo Company. She was amazing and professional and so patient with me. Thank you Deirde!! You make a difference!!

    Most frustrating and unsatisfactory telephone I have had in many a day. No live person to speak to. I have tried four times, pushed the buttons, and either have received a "buzz" and saying that the call cannot be completed and try again. Other times the phone rings many times only to be told try some other time. Is this Wells Fargo where my brokerage and shares of equity are placed. If so, little wonder that the stock has gone down. I suggest that you try what you put into being - from a customer point of view.
