    This was an effortless process. Honestly we dread the car buying process. So we were pleasantly surprised with this one. Our sales person Dylan was the best. I am so glad we stopped there. We just stopped to look and left with a brand new F150. From the moment we met Dylan we felt so comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. Needless to say we are loyal customers from that moment. My husband is already wanting to upgrade his truck because of the wonderful experience.

    If you desire decent customer service for your vehicle, don't bring it here. I had a Ford Safety Recall Notice and Prestige said they could complete the service. I brought it in and after 1 whole day was told that they could not complete the service. One day wasted. About a week later the service advisor called me and said they could complete the recall and an appointment was set. After waiting 1 month I brought it back in only to be told they really couldn't do it. Now I'm really frustrated, but the advisor really doesn't seem to care that I've now wasted 2 days and 1 month of waiting. So he pawns me off on a Plaza Lincoln and he even sets up the appointment. But even Plaza Lincoln said they couldn't do it either when I brought it in on the service date. Now 3 days wasted and another 3 weeks has past by. I got another dose of I don't care attitude. I just can't believe the indifference towards the customer anymore. Even if they can't do the service, they should be able to send you to a service department that can G.Jones Altoona, FL

    After having been a customer of Prestige Ford for many many years, when my F350 needed a new engine I trusted Prestige with the work. I was assured that I would have a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty on the new engine. I was especially happy about the 3 year warranty because I don't put alot of miles on my truck. When the job was finished and I had wrote the check for $18,000 I was told the warranty was only 2 years. After speaking to the service writer about it and having him just shrugged me off,and repeated unreturned calls to the service manager, I talked to John Hall, the general manager who assured me he would find a fair resolution to this issue. I've called him twice and he assured me he had not forgotten me. Now it's been 6 weeks and I guess he forgot me after all.. I am so disappointed in the lack of concern and customer service.

    Husband and I just bought a truck here yesterday. One of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had! Donavon Rubinstein was our sales rep and he was AWESOME! Knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. Real down home kind of guy. Dealership was friendly and inviting too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.     Mike the salesman was wonderful. and deserves 5 stars...The person in finance was irritating. He had music too loud, talked too much and thought he was a comedian. Doing paperwork with him was like nails on a chalk board...... Once I got vehicle home found it had not been very well.cleaned. Dirty sticky cup holders and took out manuals to read from glove box and found a Dirty Mask and prior owners personal papers. Took it back first thing next morning to get it cleaned. When they brought car out to me, it looked and smelled cleaner but still had Dirty, sticky area and Dirty mask and papers still in glove box.. LUCKILY Mike my salesman had arrived and personally took care of the issues. Like I stated he was great and gave 5 stars service.... the rest of my experience was a 3 star at best....

    Very easy and was even offered delivery of my vehicle. Went in Friday afternoon my sales guy Dylan Cox was great. He delivered my Ford Ranger on Saturday afternoon signed paperwork at my dining room table and now I’m enjoying my new truck. Plus there prices are great.     Great customer service. When we arrived to test drive the 2021 Ford F150 they were ready and eager to help. All through the purchase process they were professional and explained all the details of the contract. We were treated as "loyal customers" even though this was our first visit. I would highly recommend this Ford Dealer to anyone looking for quality vehicles and customer service and attention.

    1-21-22- Made appt for simple oil change. Arrived on time to be told they & had been extremely backed up. Would be several hours. Asked if I could reschedule. Yes, but would still be several hours. Then what is the point of an appt?? So I waited and got oil changed & noticed oil drip in drive the next day. Called service  & set up another appt to check problem. Arrived at appointed time (1-26-22). Same song, same dance. 1 hour & 45 minutes later I was told there was no oil leak. The tech had forgotten to wipe oil pan off. Total time...almost 5 hours tied up for oil change!! Good thing I'm retired.  Next time I'll go to a quick lube. Not sure if anybody is really running this place. If you are making APPOINTMENTS there is NO reason to be backed up. Won't Be Back, Bill

    My experience with Predtige Ford was excellent from start to finish. I was able to book my service in advance with a short phone call, and the service was completed in one day. The communication from the Service Advisor, Nicolas, was excellent throughout the repair.

    Pulled up one day after seeing a used Toyota Tundra out front of Prestige Ford. When I walked up to it I was greeted by Mike Carter. We took the truck for a spin and it was running like a champ. It was nice to know he was from the area like me. We walked into the dealership and got started right away. It was a very smooth process and went pretty quickly. They worked with me quite a bit to get the prices and my payments where I wanted them. After hearing so many horror stories about buying a car it's nice to know there are dealerships that still are not out there just to take advantage of people. Good job guys!

    I have to honestly say that this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Dylan was a great salesman, not pushy like so many others that I have dealt with, provided great service and updates along the process. Felt like he really cares about his customers. Michelle in financing was also very friendly and didn't "force" me into buying things I really didn't want and made the process very quick. Just a great bunch of people and I would highly recommend.

    Don't bother, first they don't really want to help or listen. Finally left and they decided to do something, over 15 credit pulls ruined credit score. Then wouldn't quit trying to push to get in a vehicle which was not of interest to us. Just save yourself and go elsewhere.

    After spending a Saturday at a lot of dealerships in lake county I was super impressed with the customer service and pricing at Prestige. Donovan was fantastic. He took great care of us.     I have had many Ford Trucks in my many years. Just recently relocated to Mt Dora area. Hands down the best Service Exprience. Unfortunately, I needed a lengthy repair due to a common issue; however, Gary kept me informed almost daily. Made sure I knew they were on track to meet a hunting trip I had planned. Truck came back perfect! Gary made sure to mark sure it was ready to roll! Had I known how good Prestige Ford was, I would have past 3 or 4 dealers that used to be closer just to come here.     Hands-down the worst dealership to deal with. I took my Ford F150 here to get a trailer brake controller programmed it has since been back four times with the most recent time lasting over two weeks with no communication from anyone in the service department. I finally contacted asking when the truck would be done they said oh yeah it's ready for pick up. I got there to pick it up and the issue was still not resolved and now they are dodging my phone calls. The trailer brake does not recognize the trailer and as I'm going down the road the trailer brakes will lock up. Which jerks my truck to a halt. I've tested the trailers and I've tested the truck with multiple different variables and it is something wrong with the programming that they did.

    Do not request a price quote from their website on a vehicle. You'll be passed off to a third party that calls you at 9:20pm telling you the contact the dealership immediately. Even though the dealership is closed at that time. That went on for 2 months. That is why they are not getting 5 stars. With that being said I just purchased my second vehicle from Prestige Ford 2-6-21. They have the best prices around. A co-worker from Miami even purchased from Prestige Ford because he couldn't a better deal in his area. Zack was my salesperson. He was Excellent! He will take good care of you.

    I originally gave this establishment 4 stars, was super happy with the deal they gave me. Impressed with the sales team, service team, and the GM. I thank every one of them for their dedicated service. They truly earned the 4 stars. However, the manager I am disappointed with. We had an issue with the vehicle we just bought, took it back today, only to find out everything was switched around. 4.5 hrs later, car is still acting up, was told wait til the warranty kicks in (30 days) for issue to be fixed. Needless to say, car was returned, money refunded, we were never asked if we'd like to switch to another vehicle until after they had refunded my money. I will not bash them, there is more to the story, just won't buy from again.

    We didn't actually buy our Lincoln from Prestige Ford, we leased it and bought out the lease. All very nice, but like many Florida dealers, they charged us $599, to do the paperwork, keep in mind the buyout has $500 built in, so we paid $1099 for 45 minutes of paperwork.

    We took our explorer out for a/c repair. When we picked it up we were able to leave the Edge for service and auto butler and did not have an appoint -ment. Your service tech was able to accommodate us, as we live 45 minutes away from dealership. This is our 2nd auto from the dealership and had all service done there. No other place to go to get good friendly service.

    The service tech Bill keeps you informed of the progress. When I arrived they could not open the service door. However, they worked around the issue and serviced my truck in record time. The “icing on the cake” was they ran my vehicle through the car wash and it looked like new. My choice of Ford dealerships.

    Great saleman , everthing I needed to know About the 2021 f150 3.5 litre turbo charged engine.. I bought it to haul around my 4500 lb catamaran, off shore fishing boat. And it does that with out a strain on the engine. He didn’t have to do much to sale the truck. It sold it self. I pulled my pocket out of my pants as a joke as he snapped the picture. It was a joke , the price I paid was a fair price, I’m very happy with my decision.

    This dealership is the BEST. I highly recommend Zach for a Salesperson. This is the 3rd car that he sold us. Very through and professional. This is not a high pressure dealership. We LOVE it. Everyone from Sales, to the Owner’s son (very hands on and available) to Finance are just plain AWESOME!     If you go there, go for sales only, the service department is not worth it and they don't seem to care. I am not wanting to put a review against them, but after 4 service visits, with each visit being a nightmare, I'd like to at least let people know what to expect. I'm actually so annoyed with the experiences that I hoping to just forget them. If you call in the morning be prepared to call multiple times because service won't answer. You'll either leave a message and hope they call back or they just pick up and hang up right away. Then you call back and the receptionist will no longer be there to answer the call. Now I call at 8am so after 830 am I'm not sure how they answer but I feel service will still just screen calls. They also seem to be going through service advisors as Everytime I go there I get a new one. My advice is to just find another place for service. The sales people are fine and you will get a good deal. And this is a small town dealership so support the people who work there by purchasing your new or used vehicle there. Just go to another spot for service.

    CUSTOMER'S BEWARE.... My wife and I went into the dealership on a Sunday looking for a SUV to buy. We met a salesman who was actually very good and wasn't our problem. They found us a used 2016 black Ford Edge that worked within our budget. We did all of the paperwork and finalized everything. We were told to pick up the vehicle on Monday. We picked it up brought it home and my wife drove it Tuesday. She told me there were cockroaches in the vehicle and brought it home where I then started to inspect the interior. I found an infestation of cockroaches. I then found under the seat trash, chocolates, and candy wrappers among other things. I found more live cockroaches and also many dead ones. We then called and were told to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of the problem in a couple of days. We never got a call in that time and had to call them multiple times to get no answers. If we did get ahold of someone we were told they would "check" the vehicle to see where they were at with the problem. We decided to go to the dealership on Saturday almost a week later after much frustration. We were told that we wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle until Monday. We then decided to not buy the vehicle and ended up taking back our original vehicle. We will not be doing any business at this dealer due to being dragged around and lack of communication and most importantly the lack of quality and care for their vehicles.

    Recently moved to the area and had one of my F-150s that had a check engine light.... took it to Prestige only to have service delayed with no explanation until I went down to the shop to get one... I could not get through on the phone as voicemail boxes were full and the receptionist apparently either did not give the service advisor the messages left with her or the advisor ignored them and made me drive 40 minutes just to find out that my vehicle sat all day without being touched. Had I not already paid for parts I would have left and taken it to another dealership. Also, while in for the diagnosis the vehicle was returned to me with a broken gearshift and I guess they just hoped I wouldn't notice it because they didn't say anything... I got in the vehicle to leave only to find it broken and then I had to go back to the advisor who told me it would be fixed when it was brought back for the service, however, when I finally did get my vehicle back it was not fixed and no mention of it was made... I left and will take it a dealership with more integrity. Definitely will not go back to Prestige... I'd rather drive a little farther to a decent dealership.

    Went shopping for a vehicle at prestige Ford in Mount Dora yesterday. Had a pleasant interaction with the sales man Stephen Matthew Jones. Did an online Application for financing first thing this morning for a Toyota truck that we were very interested in purchasing. Went to the dealership to purchase the truck and work out the financing issues, and while we were there they sold the truck from under our nose to somebody else. The salesman was very apologetic he try to stick up for us. We thought that since we have been working the deal for two days we would be Grandfathered in as a first come first serve basis, which I thought that we had. When I ask for a manager he came outside reluctantly and disregarded all of our Concerns as if they were not relevent. He said they were there first that day however we had been there the day before this was a two day deal in the working. He was very rude and unsympathetic or willing to work with us. I do not Recommend doing business with this dealership as they are underhanded and unworthy. The bottom line is it's bad business. If you want to shop for a vehicle go someplace else!

    I had to take a moment to share my experience with Prestige Ford. I am an older single woman who knows nothing about cars, I was scared because I know I am easy to take advantage of. I am so grateful that I went there. I dealt with a man named Stephen Jones who was just wonderful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and why I was looking for those things, right down to the dogs comfort! I never felt pressured or Intimidated in any way. I honestly believe he is someone you can trust. For me. he made something I was dreading into a very pleasant experience. I know its hard to believe but if you go see him you will see for yourself. The world needs more people you can trust, especially in these times. I'm very glad to have found him. Every person that I met there was down to earth, nice but not too nice, no phony acts at all.

    Our journey started pretty rough. We drove almost 3 hours for a specific vehicle. Didn't make the deal the day we were there. We left and then a week or so later we received a call that they accepted the deal. OK. We asked them to deliver it because we weren't going to drive back there for the deal. They agreed to deliver it the following Friday. On that Wednesday before they called and told us it was sold out from under us and the deal was a no go. Dirty pool in my book. Fast forward a couple weeks, they got another similar vehicle in but with $3500 less in options and wanted to do the same deal as with the other one. We said NO. Then I saw the had the same vehicle as the original in a different color and we didn't care as much about the color as the deal. We did the deal on the one with the additional options and they delivered it. This worked out in the end but it took some doing that didn't need to happen. I would recommend them but know what you want going in.

    Great experience! They weren't pushy at all, very patient, and understanding. If you're looking for a used car in great condition and great customer service, come here. A car purchase is a huge decision to make; the last thing you need is an impatient, impersonal, forceful salesman. We worked with George, and he was SO great! He followed up with us throughout the entire process without nagging or "cornering" us. Very friendly and kind, and informed us about everything. He gave us time to ask as many questions as we needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. The manager, Dave, was also very accommodating. Both were very professional, yet provided personal, "human-to-human" customer service. You feel like they actually value your business. We took a good chunk of the day to make our decision, and from start to finish everyone made it as easy as possible. We'll definitely be coming back. HIGHLY recommend this dealership.     Tried 3 local ford dealers around Orlando for a new F150 but we were unable to reach a fair deal. Saw a good price on the Prestige's website and Stephen reached out to me via phone. He listened to my complaints about why I could not reach a deal locally and he was able to work with me on absolutely everything. He sold me the truck the next morning over the phone and the dealership delivered it to my house the same day because I was unable to make it in. I very much HATE vehicle shopping but this was a breeze. Thanks again Stephen and everyone else that helped me get the deal and truck I wanted!

    Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! I’m not one to usually write reviews but here we go I had a deal set up with the sales manager Jonathan Matthews and I was on my way to purchase a brand new F-250 all I had to do was sign paperwork and hand the money over while on my way they called me and told me they sold the vehicle. I only live 1.5 hours away they told me we cannot hold vehicles. After this experience I will not ever recommend this dealership to anybody and would like to steer anybody away from them as well.

    Walked into dealership at 6:35pm, traded-in my old truck, got financed (no cash from my pocket), cash incentives applied, and the New Truck inside on the showroom floor- with all the do-dads that I wanted, and drove away at 8:15! The salesman Ray(Reynaldo) was on top of all details and paperwirk the entire time. Been buying thru Prestige Ford since 2005.

    I been buying cars for 9 years but now the service is terrible 0 over 0 not even one point and be carefull when they fix your car . Maybe something is missing not like stealing but part they did not fix and the dont really check your . They do not care avout costumers anymore i am not buying more cars from this dealership . There is more places where they care of you as a costumer and a person who spend money. Specially if you are loual costumer . I do not recommened . Im saving you money , time and problems they do not care about costumers period .

    A very positive experience, well above any other dealerships who pretend to be labelled competitor. This negatively tainted individual must rescind having happened upon Prestige Ford. The incentives offered, plus those given but, not discussed ahead turned a single car purchase to a two car purchase. My very professional sales person's name is Mike Cook. The entire staff was extremely courteous, southern hospitality at it's most prideful.

    Absolutely worthless dealership and Javier Ford is possibly their worst salesperson. Sold me a truck and the next day the transmission went out. He refused to communicate with me for a couple weeks and then blocked me when I told him I was reaching out to his superiors. The GM promised to help and then went awol. My recommendation... never buy from this dealership. NO PARTS WERE PAID FOR NOR DELIVERED BY PRESTIGE FORD! THEY LIE TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE HONORABLE BUT THEY ARE FAR FROM IT. It's completely sad to see a hometown dealership be such a waste of space. Sadly the space would be better as a dollar general.

    I am not sure why you wrote this Thomas, we did pay for the parts to fix your vehicle after the sale, even though it was a high mileage used truck with no warranty on it when you purchased it. The transmission also didn't "go out" as you state, it merely developed a noise. It did not stop functioning. I know it can be frustrating to have a repair, but that's why we helped you with the parts at our expense.

    Very nice place to find a good vehicle . Really friendly people to help you find what you are looking for. Not pushy, will go out of their way to work with you on what you can afford. I was looking for a truck (Ford) but they had a nice 2012 Titan at a great price , it was like new on the inside and out. Just a few small scratches but you would not really notice them.     If you are looking to get into your next vehicle Prestige Ford will not let you down. There is not a great deal of New Super Duty trucks out there but if get with an Industry Pro like Dylan at Prestige you will know exactly what your options are to get the vehicle you are looking for. I had to wait 8-12 weeks and was told that upfront but we sat down and put together exactly what I was looking for and it was delivered last week. No sales pitch and no BS just good business.

    I recently bought a used car at Prestige Ford. Mike the salesman was telling me how much I will like the "lifetime powertrain warranty". He made it very clear about how to notify the company NAE/NWAN every 6 months for mandatory oil changes. I will never pay for repairs!!! WHAT A JOKE... I drove the 5 year old car I bought used 1 week and 441 miles and it left me on the side of the interstate. This car only had 50K miles. It never made it to its first oil change. NAE?NWAN will not pay the 2827.92 bill, in fact go to the BBB website and research NAE?NWAN. What will you fine? Lots of 1 star reviews starting they don't pay for repairs. Don't waste your time at this dealer. They advertise a product they don't stand by.

    Dealership is a joke. The internet sales guy Dillan is about as useless as toilet paper. Zero motivation and even forgets that he had set up a deal with you saying "I totally forgot we built a car." Will tell you to come in to get an appraisal then when you arrive say oh we don't have any cars on the lot so you have to build one and will have to do the appraisal when it comes in.. 5 months later when the car arrives they try to stick you with outrageous car payments and don't want to deal because they know they have no inventory and want to keep the car on the lot to stick it to someone else when they show up. Go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka, they take care of their people. Got in and out with no hassle.

    What an awesome experience buying my first brand new car last month at Prestige Ford . I'm impress with the new Ford Fusion Titanium 2017 it is a sleek, quiet , and comfortable car. I want to thank your sales associate, Jonathan Hideroa for assisting me in the process. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure I got what I wanted in terms of color and model.     Overall good experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Transaction went smooth and with my pre-approval I was in and out very quickly. Freddy was my salesman and he was great the whole time. This dealer also charges minimal dealer fees which is fantastic as competitor dealers in the area have gotten outrageous. My one and only complaint(and really the only thing stopping a 5 star) is that when I came back 2 days later to pick up the car it was never cleaned. I was told it was going to the "detail center" when I had purchased 2 days prior. Other than putting some paper floor mats down it was still dirty inside and out like when I had test driven it. Won't stop me from doing business there again but at least take the brake dust off the wheels.

    Went to this dealership to look for a vehicle. They really did not have what I was looking for in stock. They did run my credit a few times. That was totally OK.I ended up not buying a vehicle from them. But the courtesy and friendship that I made there was like none other. I’ve only been in Florida for about two years now. We must’ve been in and out of that building over 1000 times my wife and I. The guys would stop talking just to open the door for us. Their finance manager looked for a vehicle for me for almost 6 weeks. I went back to these guys a few days later. With my Challenger R/T.They were so stoked and very happy for me and they were so happy that I brought it by.I would go back to these guys to get another vehicle any day because not only do they work hard but they have fun until they let you be the driver behind that wheel and really test vehicles. Not in a bad way, but so you know what you’re buying is truly what you’re buying and is it making you happy. Thank you to all my new brothers there.

    We have had to recently use this dealership for repairs after an accident. Our rental coverage at Enterprise was stopped because USAA told us the dealership had all the parts and our car should be done. That was Tuesday. Today is Friday, the car is still not done and we are still out a rental car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER. Trying to call to check on the status and it took 10 minutes for a human to answer the phone.

    It shouldn't take 2.5 hours for an oil change. My service advisor did apologize for the wait and explained that there weren't enough service technicians to handle all the appointments. Either over booked or techs decided to take an extra day off on 12/23 before Christmas. No tellin'.

    We really like this dealership. They had the f150 power boost we wanted at a reasonable price. The salesmen who helped us knew the truck well, were professional, courteous, and most importantly not pushy. We have purchased other new vehicles but this was probably the easiest buying experience for us. We have had the truck now for several weeks, drove it all the way back to Vermont from Florida. The truck is great. Averaged 28 mpg all the way back. Ford built an amazing truck. We love our F150 power boost.

    This is a picture of my air filter, competely clogged and full of leaves. I was getting ready to go on another long trip so I took it to a garage to safety check everything and this is what an Indiana Ford tech just showed me. About 2000 miles ago I paid Prestige Ford in Mt Dora to do a "works" service on my truck before I drove it to Michigan. (oil change, total fluid and safety check etc) I told the check in guy at Prestige I would be crossing mountains and needed to be checked over carefully for any saftey issues. I'm not sure what I paid them for but I can't even be sure at this point they even changed the oil.

    I usually have my truck serviced at Prestige and am happy because the service writers always keep you informed about what the vehicle needs without pushing you to get the work done. My last visit I had Bill Meaders as the service advisor and he was great! He informed me of costs and what needed to be done before starting any work and is working on getting a part my vehicle needs and checking if it may be covered under warranty. That is going above and beyond for a customer!

    Very poor service experience. I usually take my Ford vehicles to AutoNation Ford in Sanford and decided to try Prestige because it's a little closer. BIG mistake. I had an appointment, but from the moment I got there I was treated like I was an inconvenience they had to deal with. The guy that was checking me in said he had to go see if they had the parts they needed. On his way back, someone grabbed him for a question and he spent about 5 or 7 minutes dealing with that. Then someone else stopped him to ask some questions. The correct response would have been, "I'm helping someone else, but I'll be with you in a moment." After waiting for 25 minutes since we started the check in process, another customer walked up and told him he had a van he needed to get checked out. They guy checking me in (with my paperwork still in his had) says, "Sure, let's go take a look." At that point I said, "Sir, I really need to get going. Before you help anyone else you really need to finish helping me." He responded, "I told you I needed to check something, but let me just drop everything and take care of you. I'll just drop everything." He then stormed back to the shop. Approximately 15 seconds later (obviously he didn't even look) he stormed back out and said, "We don't have the parts. Keep your papers and I'll call you if we can get them." Not surprisingly, I never heard back from him. I guess he decided Prestige Ford isn't going to help someone like me that is so unreasonable I feel I shouldn't have to stand there for half an hour while you help every other person that shows up at the dealership. My experience was so unlike AutoNation Ford or Advantage Chrysler Jeep (where I take my Wrangler) that it was shocking. If you want to be treated really well, choose one of these other dealers. If you choose to go to Prestige, my advice would be to not make an appointment. Just show up and walk to the front of the line. That's how you get quick service at this dealer.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would. This location is very good to sell a vehicle but does a horrible job when it comes to service. I’ve scheduled an appointment twice at this location where I purchased my vehicle, Twice it has been canceled with no communication but a voicemail late at end of day with no reason as to why it’s been canceled and so late where I can’t even call to reschedule until the following day. After speaking to multiple people giving me the run around, Carmen tells me that there’s no technicians to assist because they chose not to come to work. I see why. If you’re trying to buy a vehicle and take it for service at that location, this is not your place. Purchased two vehicles here and regret it since.

There are two complaints NOT connected to the Service Department: no one ever answers the phone there and I came to find out the the computer reservation system never flows to the service computers! Why have a great Service Department that no one can get ahold of???

    Very pleased with the dealership. I had talked via phone and email with a sales person and got some rough numbers along with a estimated trade value. When I got to the site to see and test drive the truck (2020 F150 crew cab) I was greeted by a new sales person and the sales manager. They were both great to deal with and the were not high pressure sales. Very pleased with the truck, the sales team, and the dealership as a whole. I will definitely buy from them again

    Horrible post sale experience. Was sold a 2020 Ford F-150 with a known engine issue that nobody disclosed to us. Lack of urgency to return calls and now we’ve had to involve Ford corporate. Would never purchase from here again! Update since comment below: We waited in the area all day Thursday when we were told we would be called back within in an hour. After calling back after an hour we were told people were at lunch and would be called within 30 minutes. No call came all day and we left to returned home. The following day I had to call again and speak with the receptionist. Then text the salesman and then wait for a return call from a manager. So your response is not factual. We were not disclosed of a known issue with our vehicle. Period. This is an honest review of the service we have received. We can see other people have also echoed concern about lack of follow up and issues.

    Took over 5 hours to complete deal, a very long tiring day. We live 25-30 miles away and when we got home w/new car we forgot our garage opener, took 2 weeks for them to mail it to us. An error with tax meant salesman came to our home for us to sign new papers and raised payment $4.00....how do you make an error with the tax???? Now we have been called to bring our vehicle for a recall check. We have only had this SUV since 8/10/2020 we will be calling The Villages Ford to take care of the recall. Our salesman Zach Ellis was a terrific salesman, we appreciated all his hard work and explanations on everything.

    This visit was for service and I was treated royally. I brought my car in and was taken back to my home by a complimentary service which was great. A young man took me home and we had a lovely chat,though that was not his job to drive me home. I appreciated that because the regular driver was not there. Jonathan, the sales manager is always personable and truly takes care of his clients.     The initial sales rep I was to meet was busy so the sales manager came out to greet me personally. She then set me up with sales rep Zach Ellis. He was very professional and personable. Prestige Ford honored the listed price, got me a great deal on my trade and had me in and out, including a 30 minute test drive, in just under 4 hours. I would definitely recommend doing business with Prestige Ford.

    Today I took my 2014 Focus ST in because of a bad exhaust leak. When i made the appointment i specifically told them i needed the earliest time possible so i can get in and out quick because i didnt have any other transportation. When i took the car in they told me it was going to take all day which was frustrating but to add to that thier diagnostic fee is a staggering $130.00 for each thing they check even its its in the same visit. I needed my car to be looked at so i agreed and found someone to pick me up. 8 hrs later they called me to tell me they cant help because what i purchased from Mint Auto in orlando had been highly modified and nothing was OEM anymore. There goes that so called warranty i purchased! Now...they did there job checking over the car so its time for me to pay that fee...to my suprise its now $160.67!?! They add taxes and a "miscellaneous charge"...yes, thats what it actually says. I understand your paying for a service but thats a bit ridiculous for just a peep under the hood so i grudgingly paid and left..back to where i started. I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff was very friendly. "T" was the gentleman that helped me but when it came to answering questions i had about the problem he couldnt and directed me to Mr Jim which was my tech and he explained everything in detail which was very helpful. This is just your friendly heads up on what to expect to pay if you take your car in to get it looked over at Prestige Ford.
