Addition Financial US, Eustis

I do a lot of mobile banking nowadays. A few weeks ago, I had unfortunately locked myself out of my account. The best way to reset it is in person at the bank. Also, it was the only way. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly. I, then had the pleasure of being helped by Erika Wright. She was fast and efficient. It took a very short time to accomplish what I requested.

Kimberly was absolutely so friendly and professional had me hooked up with three new charge cards after losing mine within just a matter of minutes. She was very personable and caring . She is definitely an attribute to the company. Thank you Kimberly for everything.

I have always had great service at this Additions financial branch. Today Ericka helped me set up a savings account for my daughter. She was friendly and efficient. I will continue going to this branch.

I booked an appointment online at Addition Financial in Eustis to get my first saving and checking accounts. Ericka was so helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely feel I made the right decision choosing Addition for my first banking account.

My husband and I have recently begun using a type of Cash System. To accommodate this I made out a budget for our disposable income; gasoline, groceries, fun shopping, spending ( like Chick-fil-A or Starbucks), and Daycare for our little fur-child. Each time it's time for us to get cash out of the bank we drive over to our local Eustis Addition Financial Branch's drive-thru with our list of how many 20s, 10s, 5s, or 1s we need. We are always greated soo nicely by Kathie, a very kind teller at our branch. She is always very friendly and we look forward to seeing her each week! Sincerely, Karen & Bill Barto.

I went to the Addition Financial at the Loop and teller 1602 -Ashley assisted me. Even after a very long work week, Ashley was very upbeat and helpful with assisting me with my banking needs. Ms. Ashley made my banking experience an awesome one. Instead of being impatient and rude with my mistakes , she was very patient and understanding to my needs. Just becoming a Snow Bird. Wanted to find a credit union near by. Erica was so sweet and helpful. Her manager seems like a great person too. Connell sure put me in touch with the right person. Glad I choose Addition FI over any other in the area.

I have been banking here for just under a year and have experienced nothing less than phenomenal service from the branch manager, Ericka Wright. Because of her, I have moved my personal and business account to Addition Financial and will soon move my truck loan over. I am excited to see the staff daily and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

The staff is amazing. I’m at the final stages a building a new house and the staff recognizes me every time I visit the branch and I wired about my new home. Very personal service. I actually look forward to going to the bank because of the people there.

I certainly look forward to going to the additional Financial Bank in Eustis every Monday morning. Kathie is always there to greet me and knows exactly what I need. It's almost as good as having coffee with a friend

Finding a bank with more than 2 stars (reviews) seems to be harder and harder these days. Having recently just moved to the area, we were impressed by the high rating Addition Financial received from clients. We made and appointment and after working with Ericka we understood why the high ratings. Extremely professional, efficient and nice. Highly recommend and a rare 5 star rating for a bank.
