    Twice I’ve talked to a banker in this branch. In 2014 to open a merchant account and the second one in 2021 regarding some issues with my credit card. The second time it was by appointment. Both times they were fast and efficient. Some other times just go there to cash a check or use the ATM. I have always been given great service. This place does get busy and wait times are unpredictable. It is not totally the fault of the employees. Some people just can’t be helped they are very rude, loud and really really stubborn. Anyway, one thing that I love is that there are two ATMs inside on the left side of the tellers that will dispense $100 dollar bills. They are inside not the one by the entrance. The one by the entrance usually has a line, don’t, just go inside and use the other two ones.

    Wells fargo has enough money to hire more than one teller. Every time I've made the mistake of going to this branch I loose a year of my life. What an absolute clown show...

    Lack of professionalism among certain employees, and unfamiliarity with notarization process. My family and I went to get a certain document notarized. The document was not a document to be submitted to any government agency or any other entity for that matter. Instead, we sought a notary to merely acknowledge that the people signing the document were who they said they were to prevent any doubts in the future that the parties actually signed the document. First, the notary was extremely late. We set an appointment for 10:00am and she arrived at 10:35am. Second, the notary was extremely rude when she did arrive. When she saw that there was a line of people waiting for notary services, she expressed frustration. As if her being over 30 minutes late to the appointment didn't contribute to the pile up. Third, the notary refused to sign the document because it included the phrase "witnessed by". She incorrectly stated that a notary does not "witness" anything, and she could not sign. Of course, this is flatly incorrect, as the whole point of a notary is to acknowledge that the people signing a document are who they claim to be. The notary is effectively "witnessing" that the signatures are being made by the appropriate individuals. Fourth, the bank manager then asserted that the document we wanted signed did not include certain "verbiage" necessary for a notary to be able to provide their notarization. However, notaries use ink stamps that contain all the necessary information to effectuate their notarization--the drafter of the document does not need to include the special language for a notary to effectuate their notarization. Think of how many standardized government documents, particularly federal documents, do not specifically include "magical" verbiage specific to each state and yet must be notarized. In short, this Wells Fargo branch was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and apparently clueless about how to operate a notarization service.

    Lines are slow. There’s many language barriers between customer and employee. I’ve been in line over an hour, and those with appointments get to cut the line. CLOSE THIS BRANCH DOWN

    They need to hire more tellers, there’s 20 people in line and two tellers working. Other employees walk in and out from the floor to the back numerous times and they make no effort to open up another cashier. Why is this always ignored and not taken seriously? I don’t think this will ever get addressed at this location it’s the worst.

    Slowest customer service so irritating waiting to get help. Hire some tellers so people don’t wait year to get help. I don’t want your lip service apologizing in comment section just hire some tellers or shut down the brunch.

    Been standing in line for 20 minutes. 2 people ahead of me, and 6 behind me. 1 teller working. 1 walking around eating, and 1 doing absolutely nothing. This is ridiculous! Looking at past reviews, they don’t care.

    There's a very good reason this location has a 1 star rating. I had security issue with my account I asked them to help, they said there is no banker to help me. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me the same thing and he told me to get out from there. He should check my account by him self. If you waiting for a good service please DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

    we had an appointment at 1pm and when we got there, we were told that our banker had left for lunch and she will be back soon! so we sat there waiting in the peak of COVID in Colorado and one of the banker was not wearing a mask! after waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to leave and the person at the door said our banker called us in the morning that she won't come in today and I am trying to assign you to another one. Three points: she had told us that the banker was out for lunch, so she lied! 2) even worse! if you knew that she was not coming in since morning, you should have given us a call! We took off from work to show up for our appointment 3) she was not apologetic at all and was treating us in a way like she was doing us a favor! Terrible customer service.

    I’ve never had an issue with any tellers but I had a horrible experience with a banker. I used their QR Code and was waiting to be seen, I wanted help with some fraudulent charges on my card and to see if I could be issued a new one in branch. It was not busy and I was the only person waiting at the time. A woman asked gruffly if I had an appointment or not, and when I said I used their QR code to be put on the waitlist she asked what I needed. I told her and she said, “You can handle that yourself by calling the number on your card and we don’t issue cards in branch.” Very rudely. I’ve never had such a rude experience at a Wells Fargo branch before. After many years with Wells Fargo I’m considering transferring to a bank who still believes in service to their customers.

    I have been standing on the line for over 30 minutes and still didn't make it to a teller. I don't understand why instead of spending the money on new buildings not hiring people. There are only two tellers serving a line of 50 customers

    I can see why people get frustrated with the wait, this place can get busy real quick. Luckily, I came in early enough to get help fairly quickly right before the rush. It was my first time visiting this branch. Once I was seated with a banker, she was very attentive and helped me through covering issue after issue with my account. Even the online customer rep on the phone was very patient with me and reassured me they are there to help and to not feel sorry for taking up their time. All in all, I want to give a shoutout to Monstserrat for being so helpful and calm through the process. 🙏 I will visit again soon!

    Why Do I continue to bank with this place?? Only reason I can think of, Im loyal! This bank is the WORST!! Came in for my safe deposit box. Had to wait over 45 min and there are workers here just sitting around on their phones!!! This place is THEE WORST!!!

    There's a very good reason this location has a 1 star rating. All I needed was to cash a check, they said I had to make an appointment with the QR code which wasn't working, so they took down my name and number and said they would call. I was able to go to another location 20 mins away, didn't have to join a wait list, and they cashed my check in under 5 minutes, and I made it back home and this location still hasn't called me. If you want to understand why some humans pray for human extinction, visit this place, perfect exhibit of people not even doing the bare minimum. The security officer was very sweet tho so none of this is towards him since he wanted to help me more than the actual employees.

    Wish I could rate this location a minus 5 stars!! Not only is the wait time more than 45 minutes (line circles the building) in 98 degree weather but to make matters worse the tellers act like they don’t want to be there. Extremely rude - my visit today only amplified my reasons for never wanting to go inside for any banking transaction.

    I want to give a shout-out to the manager, Elizabeth. I had a task that most people probably would've said "too bad so sad" to but she went above and beyond and accomplished the task. I know she definitely didn't need to, but I appreciate it. She kept calling me everyday to just keep me up to date with what was going on. Thank you Elizabeth, you are awesome!

    Reason # 3,456 why I would never be a member of Wells Fargo. One teller working at 5:30 with approximately five other Bankers telling jokes in the corner. Line has about 15 people in it. They're not even trying...
