Called for account support today. They would not let me talk to them. Said I would have to go to a branch. I'm 3 hr away! I asked for a supervisor, Andrea had me on hold for over a half hour. I called back and again was on hold for a half hour. Finally I was told that a supervisor would return my call...you guessed it, no call. I've been with them for over 30 yr. I'm so disappointed! They were once good.

Bellco has me asking 'Why do I bank here?' They have failed to help me at every opportunity. Over the last 10 years, I have applied for a home loan and after weeks of back and forth, I gave up and found better rates elsewhere. I applied for a preapproval for a car loan and they where a whole percent higher than my other offers. Lastly, they don't offer currency exchange. So basically, no help ever.

Looking for a local credit union with no benefits? Have a high credit score but want high loan interest rates anyway? Do you love waiting on hold for over an hour just to reset your pin while traveling abroad? How about a bank with a hodgepodge website that feels like it's from 2010? Want your 15+ years of loyalty to feel completely worthless? Look no further, you've found it at BellCo Credit Union! So happy I switched banks after over 15 years at BellCo... Didn't know it was so bad until I talked with others and realized how poor the benefits and customer service is and how high the interest rates on loans/cards/etc are. I'll never come here again in my life.

ATM ate my card and the branch didn’t answer their phone ALL DAY. When we did speak with them they basically admitted that they have no control over their own machines. Don’t bank through Bellco, it was a headache just using their ATMs.

Excellent experience. Showed up at 11 am on a Saturday and only had to wait 5 minutes before a teller could see me. Raziyah was especially helpful and patient with me. Would go to this location again if I needed something done in person

I opened a business account and they were supposed to process my paperwork properly. Since they failed to do so, my business checking card keeps getting declined when I have to pay for my business expenses. I have walked into the branch three times asking for them to correct their issue and it continues til this day. It is a waste of my time.

I just went to close my account and the teller almost gave me someone else's money in the sum of 83K🤯 I told the manager she had no business working there if she couldn't verify two critical pieces of information. Name and DOB Glad I closed my account!!!

Worst credit union/bank I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life. I’ve a horrible experience with them. I would highly recommend to NOT open an account with this credit union. If I can rate them with a zero star rating, I’ve done so. Their customer service replied to my comment with their email address. I did send them an email over a month ago. I still didn’t receive a reply. Bad customer service and bad service overall.
